Absolutely the best place to go for PC repair especially when it comes to custom build computers. This was the second time we’ve had them help with our computers.My own personal computer was having a bunch of power cycling issues and they got it diagnosed the day I dropped it off and was able to help me get the replacement part. The price for everything was extremely reasonable. I never had another issue with my PC again! Two years going strong!The second computer is my fiancés first ever desktop PC and it’s a custom built, we wanted a new cooler put in and they again did it extremely quickly and we got it back the same day we dropped it off. I always appreciate this facility and they are super nice too which is always a bonus!

I was trying to change my laptop battery on my own but stripped 3 of the screws. I went in and they got the screws out, changed the battery, and cleaned my keyboard in 5 minutes. Literally couldn't have done it better myself.

I spilled a large cup of coffee (with creamer) on the keyboard of my new laptop. Chico Computer Clinic is open on Saturdays, so I rushed over. The man working there quickly got to work, removing the back of the laptop (to allow it to dry) and unplugging the battery (to keep it from turning on which would cause more damage). He then gave a clear explanation of the typical prognosis for a laptop with coffee spilled on it as well as advice about getting it fixed under warranty and what I can do in the meantime. I was also provided with the screwdriver needed to reattach the back of the laptop once it dries! He went above and beyond yet expected no payment. I know that I'll be coming here for any future computer repairs!

I bought a computer from them about three years ago ( a small laptop I could take with me to Europe) and it's been perfect up till the other day when it wouldn't even start up. The computer was suggesting I reinstall my operating system Windows and lose everything I didn't have backed up to the cloud. In five minutes over the phone, they had me back up and running and no reinstalling Windows ?. They were fast friendly and most of all very reasonable. Matter of fact, they charged me nothing ?. Couldn't be more happy

Very cool dude, have had multiple computers repaired here and I'm never disappointed. He even helped walked me how to clean out a keyboard with coffee in it! Thought I would have to buy a whole new one.

The guys at CCC were helpful, friendly and good at what they do. Repair broken or damaged electronics, even some oddball stuff. Open to trying to help which is hard to find these days. Thanks again Kyle!

Used 3 different times. always professional and friendly. As long as I live within 200 miles, I will use only this store for my PC problems.- Purchased a used laptop that worked great for years.- Fixed my custom PC with no issue.- Currently working on my gaming laptop.Don't look anywhere else. I sat at best buy geek squad counter for 20min without acknowledgement. Another customer complained we weren't being helped. they came out and told us we could make an appointment but they were talking to anyone or taking items. This place had 20 PCs including 5 dropped off that day and still made time for me.

Took my custom Gaming PC in after another Local repair shop said I needed a new motherboard and they weren't willing to fix it after having it for 2 weeks without updating me.The Clinic diagnosed and fixed my issue without doing any hardware repairs within the initially promised timeframe and only charged the base diagnostic fee
