My son and I were driving his new/old Tacoma down from Portland and we started having clutch issues. As fate would have it we made it to Chico, home of the foremost vintage Toyota specialist in the world (maybe exaggerating a bit). We called Dan the morning before a holiday weekend and he squeezed us in. We needed an obscure 1995 clutch pedal to get back on the road; Dan had one, new old stock. Incredible. In a couple of hours, as opposed to likely a couple of weeks, we were motoring. Chico Car care was a godsend for us in a pinch. I can only imagine how well they’ll take care of you with enough time to schedule regular service. Thanks Dan

Our car's auxiliary battery died in our garage and we were unable to jump it because we didn't have long enough cables, Chico Car Care was on my way to work so I decided to stop by, Dan, the owner, was awesome, he let me borrow a jumper pack and told me if I was able to get the car started, I could bring it over right away. I was able to, and took it over there, within an hour they diagnosed which battery was bad and had it replaced, I highly recommend Chico Car Care!

The people at Chico Car Care are always very friendly and courteous and they know my name when I call. The company is very trustworthy and I know my car is being taken care of properly. Dan has worked on every lexus i've owned and kept them running 100k+ miles. They diagnosed the problem at hand quickly and notified me of their progress via text (very convenient) They do sound work here. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for.

Having concluded my business here they charged me $200 for an oil change and kept my vehicle for weeks. This used to be a safe place to take your vehicle to, i would recommend Guidos if living in the Chico area. Sure Guidos charges more but you get what you pay for and here you pay for it and don't get anything. Stay away.
