Good people, great security, and superior prices, if you are lucky enough to get a space. Ed is simply the best manager around. You should bring him a decadent pie just because.Also, its been said that every third autumnal equinox a long forgotten Caeltic deity descends on this space and bestows unexpected fortune on someone who needs it. Usually by dropping a gold coin on your head. So good luck, and watch out. Those old gods tend to fly at altitude.

Because of their poor documentation they emptied out my storage unit- I was paying regularly and was not notified prior to my things being thrown out. It was all due to how they kept their notes. I was not behind on payments. Items from my childhood, photos and memory books of my girls- nothing of value except to me and my family. Years of things I can never replace. Thrown out. When realizing their error, he said "wow this ruined my day" I wanted to be able to let it go but I am still so hurt. But they need to do better. This isnt just a business. They are being paid to store peoples belongings! Get organized!

I had no issues with this company until they emptied my storage unit and threw out my belongings. This happened because of poor documentation. They did not carry over information from one page to another. Because of their error I lost all of my childhood items, photos and memory books I made my children. I lost things that can not be replaced. Photos of my mother who passed when I was 4. The man stated that the unit was cleaned out and that implied I had done it. I had not. I was not delinquent on my payments and I did not receive notification prior to the unit being emptied. There was nothing for them to auction off as it was my family's memorabilia.

Ed took good care of me even when he had no space to store my SUV for a few weeks. After I called Ed to inquire about availability he declined due to lack of space. Then he called me back the next hour and told me one of his customers was taking their RV off the property for a few weeks and therefore had room for me. He charged me a very low fee and I gave him extra money just because he was just so nice and helpful. Thank you Ed for helping out a stranger who was in a bind!

💋☠💋I HAVE A UNIT AT CENTURY MINI STORAGE IN CHICO CA AND DUE TO LOW CASH FLOW, I HAVNT BEEN ABLE TO PAY IT IN 5 MONTHS!!! NOR DID I KEEP IN VERY GOOD CONTACT DUE TO PHONE ANXIETY. I HAD A FRIEND OF MINE CALL TO FIND OUT IF IT HAD BEEN SOLD YET, AND AFTER 5 MONTHS HE STILL HAS MY STORAGE!!! I CRIED AND THANKED HIM WITH MY FRIEND!!! I'VE LOST SEVERAL STORAGES FULL OF MY KIDS LIVES AND AM SO THANKFUL THAT "CENTURY MINI STORAGE" HAS A HEART!!!! FROM MY KIDS AND I, WE ARE SO VERY GREATFUL!!!!

Friendly owner, cheap price. They close at 6, and there is no keypad, you have to wait for them to open the gate for you. Despite that, I am happy with the service I got.
