For example, my most recent rental was for one day, one way in the context of a storm and flight cancellations. I dropped the car off to learn my rental had not officially started yet due to a clerical error. The manager/owner here in Chico completely took care of it without taking any of my time.”

“I had an awesome experience at this location that I just wanted to share.
I parked way down the road which I felt bad but I was made not to feel bad he insisted not to worry and he would get the car for me.
I then left my laptop in the car and they went above and beyond to find me and notify me even before I noticed myself.
The care for my experience was wonderful and just had to share.”
