Unthinkable nightmare. I am walking in with a scratch and dent on the front side of my car a $2,100 8 day repair estimate. 2 months later after several phone calls just for "we can't order your parts", "we have the parts", "actually we don't have the parts", "waiting for parts". I went to the shop "waiting for parts". Called my appresor, no help. More calls "waiting for parts". Visit shop "Waiting for parts" Another call "need a new steering wheel column", finally the car is ready. They bring the paperwork. Total turned out to be $11,000 instead of the estimated $2,100. Unbelievable I am traumatize I keep looking the pictures scratch -dent ? $11,000??

Ok, I don't usually leave a bad review for business, but this is the worst experience , it took them 7 weeks to repair our car when they were supposed to do it in a week or less, once they had the car to repair just the driver's fender from a minor accident, they end up replacing the front bumper, Head light, mirror, sensor's and the steering wheel column, so the initial estimate of $2,100 when to $11,000 total all based on that our insurance approved, it just seems like their job is to get the most of car insurance company's. So be expecting to wait be without a car for a while ? they are not an honest business.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. If you’re thinking about taking your car here then don’t. If you take your car here expect them to do half the job on it in double the time.

I brought my car in for a minor repair on a rear bumper . The front desk ladies here are not helpful with information and Kinda rude. The insurance and them never set up my rental car even though they mentioned they would. Luckily for them I had access to a spare vehicle. Last time the collision place had walked me through the process and had my rental car ready for me the day I needed it. The works man ship he is great the bumper looks completely normal there's a some spot pushed in but other than that the color on the paint matched the bumper and the car looked washed clean on the outside when I picked it up .Otherwise this place I don't see being bad if you have a spare vehicle and low on cash. Also the person who estimates here was helpful .

I was sent there by Mercury, the company who insured the man who caused the fender bender. Wasn't sure about any shop bc this was a first for me. I went to another shop for an estimate as well. California Color not only came in at HALF what the other shop estimated, but went to the trouble of explaining the process and answering all my questions. My car is older so there was a certain threshold before it would be totaled, something I didn't want. The other company didn't mention that to me, and didn't explain anything about their process. My car looks better than before the accident. I'd recommend California Color to anyone!

Dropped my truck off for some body and paint work, got it back the next day. Done quick, and done right. Would definitely recommend
