Had a great experience! Corey did a great job and was super friendly! Was quoted 3000 at a different location in chico came here and got 5 different things done to my car for half the price. Highly recommend dropping your car off here if you want it done right the first time ☺️

I have had to bring my truck to Boradori's more than I care to admit with a multitude of issues, and every time I have brought the truck in they have always taken great care of the truck and me.
It was really hard to find a shop to trust with repairs, that would take the time to listen to the issues I was experiencing, and that would go the extra mile to check not only the current issues but make sure everything else was in working order. A couple shops I had been to in Chico before them were very dismissive of me despite having some knowledge of engines and the computer systems, but Jared was not. He has the same business model as my dad who owned an Auto Repair Shop in the Bay Area for 25 years and I could not be more appreciative.
On this last visit, they made sure I could get to and from work that was out of county and it made life a lot less stressful. These past two years have been so busy and hectic for me, and having them to trust with repairs that I did not have time to research and do was amazing. I plan to use them for all future needs.

Jared and his team at Boradori were fantastic. Very personable, kind, and efficient. My car felt like it was new after the work they performed on it.
They were thorough in their inspection, and really broke down how and why certain parts needed to be repaired/replaced.
I have a bit more work that needs to be done and am going to book another appointment with them asap.
I highly recommend Boradori for all of your car needs. ?

Went there today for a 2nd opinion re: my 200 K mile Acura TL. The engine was cranking slowly, so I presumed that it was a battery or a starter problem. Jared, the Service Advisor, quickly enlisted the opinions of both Luke and their ignition guru, and diagnosed the issue as a relay fault from a likely worn key!!
Fixing that would entail getting a new key, which they suggested I do online, on my own, so as to minimize my cost. Their fees for 25 minutes of their expert time? Zero!! They recognized me as a prior client, and really cared about getting things diagnosed properly for a minimum cost!
These guys Really care about you and your vehicle, even my 200 thousand mile car. We are lucky to have such competent and caring mechanics here in Chico.
I am truly convinced now, and won't ever consider auto service anywhere else.

Corey was an asbsolute lifesaver and made my visit wonderful! My 2009 Prius hit a rock on a road trip and we had to make a last-minute stop into whatever shop could take us - Corey was friendly and so helpful on the phone and was able to fit us in right away - he repaired the prius within half an hour at no cost!! Everyone we encountered was helpful and did their best to help us out and make sure we were comfortable and involved in the experience. Thank you so much for your exceptional service and kindness :)

Great service, Corey took care of my car and gave it a thorough inspection making sure it was safe to drive for my move. The mechanics noticed a piece of hardware was missing from my brakes, which was replaced and fluids were topped off. He gave other recommendations on maintenance and was overall a very professional person to do business with. I also appreciate Boradori’s shuttle service which dropped me off and picked me back up when my car was ready.

I found my new shop! I’ve been going to the same mechanics out of town my whole life and really needed an oil change so I booked online (super convenient btw) after finding these guys through the AAA membership as the only one recommended in Chico by AAA. More importantly, my Chico native friends love this place, along with the infamous Chico Rants and Raves Facebook group.
I’m not sure if I realize just how much I’ve been missing or if these guys are just that excellent. Along with my oil change, they did a 30 point inspection, and found numerous things on my vehicle to bring to my attention, and Jared made sure to tell me which things were the most critical and what could wait. Since I had a massive 600 mile drive scheduled for the next day, they were kind enough to squeeze me in the next morning to get the critical taken care of to ensure my safety. I don’t know about other people but this kind of proactive work always really impresses me, especially when there is zero sales pressure!
They provide a lovely, air conditioned waiting area with water and coffee and wifi if you want to wait. They also have a shuttle service to drop you off and pick you up, which I needed!
Also important, Jared especially, but everyone seems to treat customers like family. I felt so cared for while there, and watched them treat others the same way. Did not expect to feel so at home at an auto shop.
Beyond impressed with this place, and they’ve certainly won me over.

1 standing maintenance shop for all car needs. If you have any problems, you should go to these guys they are fair, honest and very reputable. Cory and Owen are unbelievable technicians and this comes from a 30 year American Airlines flight technician

These people SAVED MY BUTT. I’m from the Bay and my car died on the way to Chico. The AAA guy towed me to Boradori’s. Corey listened carefully to my sob story and got my Chevy Volt right away to Scott who is a freakin car magician. They worked quickly and efficiently, keeping me updated, about what they thought was wrong and their plans on what to do next. They spent a ton of time trying to figure it out but kept the price low which I really appreciated. The valve that needs replacing is unavailable nationwide and this is where they went far above and beyond, walking me through my possible next steps, making sure I understood what the car still needs, what exactly they did and how to get what I need done, printing me out the service bulletin and parts of the manual I need to reference so I can get the dealership to do it under a CARB warranty and hopefully avoid another diagnostic charge... I have rarely (ever?) felt like the mechanic was able to give me detailed explanations in which 1) I understood what they were talking about, being not a mechanic, and conversely 2) I didn’t feel talked down to, being not a mechanic and also female. Scott was able to do both and I’m so grateful. I wish I lived in Chico so I could bring my car here. Thank you, Corey and Scott!
