Been here several times since moving to Chico. Usually there’s a guy there who I feel doesn’t care to be there. Today, however…. Misty helped us. I can’t express enough how amazing she is. She went above and beyond to try to help us fix my daughters phone situation, in the end we had to buy a new phone from Boost and if Misty wasn’t so helpful and pleasant I would’ve been angry to spend the money. My opinion of this store has improved dramatically because of Misty. Please let her know. ?

Very friendly and courteous, Amy went above and beyond to help recktify or situation she really knows her stuff and you can tell others rely on her knowledge and know how by the # of calls she had to vey while we were there. I will recommend to friends and family to go in the days she works for anything they need. I would give her a 10/10 and we have to go back next week but will only deal with her.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in and told the women I needed a new phone. She told me about several phones and since I was looking to switch to an IPhone I settled on the one that was less expensive to see if I liked it. It wasn’t until a few days later that I went to get the user manual out of my box that I found it was not there and in tiny letters on the box it stated it was “Renewed.” I called the number for customer care and they said to take it back to the store since it was within 7 days. The man working there looked at my receipt and said “Sorry, you snooze you loose.” I was sold a used phone under false pretenses that it was new. I would have happily paid more for the new phone had I been informed that I was buying a used phone. Horrible customer service and I am taking my business elsewhere.

Is this place even open I can't tell you how many times I've gone there during regular hours and had them not be there it's incredible. I try calling them and they don't answer now I e got a cracked screen so I guess I'm changing companies lol.
