Jeff was amazing! Super helpful, polite, responsive, and friendly. He was not pushy on selling any additional products I didn't felt like I needed and was able to give me great insight into the devices I ended up purchasing. He has many years of experience so I felt like I was in very good hands. I thought we had a terrific conversation and I wish him the very best. Thank you Jeff!

I am usually helped immediately when I walk through the door, and then I feel like the staff go above and beyond to help you however they can. Even if it’s just processing a payment! Two days ago, I got a crack in the lens of my new phone. I took it in to the AT&T store and they immediately helped me file a claim with the insurance we have on the phone. The phone arrived next day in the mail and they helped me download all my information onto the new phone.

In February of 2023 I bought 2 phones/added lines for my kids and removed my mom from my plan. I went in planning on changing my mom's line's number so one kid could use it, then adding one additional line. The sales rep added two lines and said I could call AT&T to cancel the other line. When I tried to cancel the line a week later, I was told that I can't cancel the line I already had or I would not get the discount on the phones that I bought my kids ($1/mo). I had to pay for the additional line for three months before I could cancel and keep the rate. Fast forward to this Christmas, I added another line to my account for another one of my kids. It was Christmas, and I knew I wanted to get my husband an iWatch, so I asked about them. The manager said yes we have a deal, buy one get one free. I asked if I could pay in installments through my plan and they said yes, no problem. I got my bill today and the watches were there with a service plan attached to both, as well as a "home appliance insurance" service that I knew nothing about. I didn't need service for the watches, but When I called AT&T to cancel, I was not able to cancel the watch lines or I'd have to pay for the watches full retail... $600! What they had said was not true, and it was costing me $100 more per month than we'd discussed in store. Long story short, the rep and manager didn't fully disclose information and also added services that I never asked for. Luckily ATT customer service was able to lower my bill in other ways to make up for the charges I was incurring because of the rep and manager's dishonesty and laziness.

JORDON APALIT Amazing customer service, he didn't make a sale that night. After getting my iPhone 12 plus stolen n MacBook pro screen broken., 4 stores later he was the first person to take 20 minutes out of his day!!! To explain how to recover yahoo, Gmail, icloud, with no other backup device. Explain why my tablet wouldn't work my cheap throw away phone. The other stores recommended all of those items. Sales is about customer service and Verizon just lost a 20 year Plus customer n Apple. Go see Jordan he's amazing.

I went to the Chico AT&T store. My phone was giving a no Sim available notice. I asked for a new Sim card. The gentleman that helped me told me I didn’t need a Sim card. I need to update my phone go home hook up to your Wi-Fi. update your phone. I went home. I updated my phone. I still get the no Sim available notice and my phone still doesn’t work 75% of the time. So am I satisfied with my service no am I satisfied with the customer service I got no.

THE worst service I have ever received. The manager, Roger, apparently comes and goes as he pleases or is never there. Moving a mountain is easier than getting in touch with him. Leaves his employees clueless to fend for themselves (I feel sorry for them). Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

I had a serious issue with failed customer service from a franchise store on Mangrove Ave in Chico CA. I went back into that store the following day to correct the new service issue. Another failure.I immediately went to the 20th St. store to get the issue resolved. AT&T agent Anna Seymour welcomed me in and asked what she could do for me. I explained my issue and she did a little investigating. She discovered the issue I was having with my new service and started resolving this issue.90 mins later, my phone service was working as promised.Anna never gave up! She went through frustrating moments but continued to push on until everything was working as it should.Thank you, Anna! You are a true professional and I am very grateful for your expertise!

our service representative Sokh (i believe his name was) was super helpful and understanding! he helped us walk out happy with a new line, good deals and a new phone :) totally recommend asking for this guy as he was very courteous the whole time! whole thing only took about an hour too, he was very efficient

This visit was totally different we had the pleasure of dealing with Sok what a treasure AT&T has with Sok working at their store. He is a wealth of knowledge and a great personality!! He went above and beyond for us transferring old phones to new phones and guiding us on what accessories we would need going forward. 5 star service the entire visit!!

Sohk was very attentive to our issues we had with our previous carrier T-Mobile. He explained everything we would see on our upcoming bill and what to expect. Sohk understands the true meaning of customer service! If we ever need to come back, I know exactly who to go! Thank you once again Sohk. My boyfriend and I can now call each other without any issues.
