I got a Westin grill guard and got Bidwell accessories to put it on for me. Within no time at all it started getting loose and it turns out West and had made a mistake when they designed that grill for a 2020 Toyota Tacoma. We contacted Westin and they sent us a A repair kit that had been redesigned just for Toyota Tacoma‘s. Again, the guys at Bidwell accessories put it back together and repaired the damage. They did this all in one day and at that point it had been the hottest day of the year.

I’ve taken two different pick ups to Bidwell Truck and accessories. Once to armor coat my truck bed and recently had AMP power running boards installed on my Tacoma.Both times they did a great job good customer service just a great place to do business.

Very nice guys, but the quality of work on my 2016 f150's bed liner is awful. The prep work and warranty work to be specific. There are smooth un prepped spots under the bed liner. The bed liner adheres very poorly on these unrepped spots. So far I have used the bed for light duty work: a mattress, 150 lbs of t posts, and 10 4x4 wood beams. The liner lifts away from the unprepped spots if heavy objects are drug across it. Additionally any exposed edges peel back if anything catches on them. I had about 4 areas the size of a quarter peel off from the 150lbs of t posts being loaded. The t posts did not pierce the liner. The liner released from the smooth unprepped spots from the weight of the tposts and the dragging motion when they were pulled. Both bedside edges just behind the tailgate completely peeled off from pushing a mattress into the bed. Revealing poor prep to zero prep smooth surface in the entire area. The liner in the bottom of the bed is sprayed on very thin. They spray it thicker on the sides where you can see the exposed edge to make it seem like it has that thickness throughout the entire bed. The thickness on the bottom is half as thick as the sides, half as thick as my old linex on another pickup and half as thick as a front bumper they sprayed for me at the first of the year.
