  They sprayed narcan in my food... when somebody is in recovery and is in methadone treatment...you don't do that...now I'm going to burn all day...I really hope they catch who did that to me

  Went in at 10 am after working a 10 hour shift and the cashier some blonde lady handed me my drink I went in to get and said you cannot come back in until you shower because you smell I was working for 10 hours what do you expect I came straight to the store to get something to drink after work, it's not my fault I work graveyard shift because no one else wants it making food for people who are inconsiderate sweating getting yelled and screamed at finally get off work for some relaxation and to get something to drink and that's how I get treated wow great job people great customer service I'll be sure to recommend no one to your gas station and if something is not done about that employee I will be sure that local authorities will be informed for prejudice and discrimination.

  Used to go here almost every day. Until one of their employees decided to take pictures of me of giving change to some kids when I asked him what he's doing he complained about the kids climbing on the roof that isn't secured just like every other business in Chico that has a lock and cover they do not. But when I complain about the homeless guy that isn't allowed downtown anymore because of all the sexual harassment he does and I alerted them about it they let him hang out there everyday I guess it's easier to pick on children than it is to deal with a sexual predator. place was super convenient for me but now I go out of my way and pay more. Your employees and manager need a grow up this isn't a reality TV show you're working not everything is super drama you could have shuffled those kids out the right way instead of involving me. Answer the old man that was taking pictures of me giving change to children there's a reason why you work at a gas station

  This place was a usual place I visited daily. For many years !!This morning, I was pouring my coffee and an employee told me I was banned, he usually kids around a lot, I totally thought he was kidding. .he said I had stolen???!I thought he was kidding me.I went to counter paid, and I rhrn went to ice machine, and was putting a piece of ice in my coffee, to cook it down. A new employee I e never seen before, he was sorta like dirty looking, and appeared to be in his 40s, a reject kind of guy, the sort that has been a drug user, flaky type, he was aged and unkept groomed, that yells across the store for me to leave, I cannot stay long since I was a thief, embarrassed I explained I thought the other employee was kidding, I'd been a regular for years and he always joked around, and I said I never stole anything here, nor had I been aware of this accusation!?I have no criminal record and id never been asked about taking anything..It was a complete unfair situation.All i can deduce is I carry a shopping bag, cloth and if I buy few things ,I put them into the bag as I'm walking around store, before I go to counter.But I pay for everything...always.I have been given remarks by the hefty sized women employee over the past year or so, twice, I believe ,regarding the bag- she seemed unhappy I bring it in, but didn't say it directly, she just said in round about way, the lack of trust or reasoning I don't just get a plastic bag from them at counter????!!It just had made me feel she thought I was using my own bags for felonious reasons..... Idk. It was twice or so, id left wondering why she's made those statements... But decided there's no way she meant anything but to make conversation... Because the environment does not need more plastic bags in our dump grounds, there's a huge problem that EVERYONE understands the need to decrease the amount of trash I our environment.Either way they had no right to accuse me of this, I never stole something! They have no proof, that I could see, and I feel maybe that female employee, was not just conversation with me, and she accused me last week, cuz I use my own purse or cloth bag to shop in this gas station.EITHER WAY, AS OFTEN AS IM IN THIS STORE, WAITING FOR THE MANAGER TO PULL ME ASIDE TO DISCUSS, PRIVATELY. not allow some lowlife, who certainly himself was more likely to steal things than this 50 grandma 'regular' for years...customer!I've no record criminally, I'm a hard working citizen, & I'm friendly and kind to everyone in that store!!Unbelievable.unprofessionalI will be discussing this with corporate to hopefully they change the system this am pm is using for treating an IDEA that someone is taking things from PRIOR visit!!!!!

  The fat, balding, male employee there was extremely rude. He was giving me and my daughter dirty looks, mopping around us like we were in his way when there wasn't even anyone else was in the store. I was purchasing three fruit drinks for my kids and two beers for me and my partner to go home and have with some pizza, but as soon as he walked towards me at the register he said he needs to see my daughter's ID, or he wouldn't sell it to me in an extremely rude tone of voice. I told him she is just my daughter, and he still said he wouldn't sell to me. I asked him if they couldn't sell beer to people if they have their own children with them, and he said yes. I then told him that I didn't know that was the law, and he replied that it was store policy, again in a very rude tone, while giving me some ridiculous, judgmental stare. I would have been totally fine with that as a store policy, and still bought the fruit drinks and gas, if he had just been polite in telling me that this was a rule he has to follow, but he had such an awful attitude towards me about it that I decided to just walk out. I completely understand some stores have policies like this, which I have experienced in the past, respectfully, and without issue, but I've never encountered such a rude employee, and he should absolutely be fired if that is how he regularly treats customers. I frequently spend a lot of money there to purchase gas, and make stops for soda or snacks, but I will never go back to this AMPM after that experience. Maybe they should also consider putting up a sign or something near their alcohol or the register to clearly state that they have this policy to help avoid the issue.

  Always bright and clean a d friendly service! And the ice in the fountain soda machine is never down or out or broken or on vacation in the middle of summer. And they have sparkling flavored water on tap!

  Just picked up two corn dogs at 1:30pm. Found made time stickers were doubled. Bottom sticker said made at 9:30 am. That is absolutely gross to sell food 4 hours old. I do believe it to be a crime. This needs to stop before there someone gets seriously ill.

  Got harrased for bringing bikes into store they were completely out of the way store clerk cussed at me to get out and then proceded to kick my friends out while they were trying to buy my stuff for me.

  They are rude and stupid af they sold me the wrong pack of smokes I came back ask for them to switch it and they wouldn't let me when they definitely have before never will I go there again

  Went to get fas today the pump was broken charged me $13.96 and didn’t give me gas it leaked out the handle all over the side of my truck I told the attendant was told to come back when the manager was there. When I came back the manager told me they had to review the cameras even though the employees told her they saw it happen. She said I have to wait til Monday for them to call me it’s Friday morning. The pump is now labeled out of order
