I came in for a tire rotation and found out I needed all 4 new tires. While this is NOT news I wanted to hear, and I did not have 1k to throw in for them, the manager of the store was really nice, he got the cost down almost 200$ for me, he helped me get a credit line set up, and they replaced my tires after closing hours. I offered to come back the next day but they insisted on getting it done. I got a personable experience and he was patient and sympathetic with my situation. In the end the tires were 900, and I have 9 months to pay them off interest free. That's doable. Drove off without paying anything up front. This is why I love America’s tire ? always the best and will always go to them.

Their always nice even though my tires ware down faster than they should and yes I rotate them ever time I get a oil change they are a good place to go for tires and I recommend going here

Another great experience at Americas Tire. I have been using their services in California and Nevada for over 25 years. I always buy the warrantee even on tires from cars with tires not purchased at Americas Tire. My wife hit something on the freeway on a Sunday. On Monday they replaced the run flat tire at no cost. FYI, they are not open on Sundays but if it is urgent, they will honor the warrantee by reimbursement if you buy a tire from a different store and show them the receipt. Thanks Americas Tire!

I had to wait over 2 hours to get tire repaired. When I purchase tires and the insurance they did not inform me that I would have to wait till all appointments scheduled were done before they would fix emergency tire repair...I have done lots of business here I will go elsewhere for future business

Everyone here is great! They inform you of tire age, wear and anything else that they find but they don't do the hard sell or try and force anything on you.

I called around to many different shops in several different cities. This place was the best price for a good quality all terrain tire. But above that, the gentleman that I encountered had the BEST customer service I have experienced ANYWHERE in YEARS! I walked out of a TIRE SHOP feeling like a queen! Absolutely recommend!

Clowns wasted my time told me they had my tire in stock drive down there and then they don’t have it in stock. Wasting my time, Gas and taking time away from work. Not a great and first and last impression with America’s tire. Would not recommend or go back in future in Chico shop.
