I've had a unit here for awhile and always have been treated very good and fair. Two of the nicest people you will ever meet here and if you're looking for a good, clean storage unit then this is the place but you better hurry if you can get in cause it won't be available for long.. It's hard to find an opening but once your in then your family

I rated these folks as middle of the road to ensure I didn't skew their rating too much, but I think prospective customers should be aware of their customer service...or lack there of. Simply put, I called to inquire about availability. Left a message with my needs. When they called me back, the opening was simply, "you called us, what do you want?" I asked their availability for a unit, and received a curt, "no, we're booked." Right, wrong or indifferent...if you're going to do business with these folks, you should know how they will communicate with you.

I'd never use this place for storage again. Good luck with the owner getting back to you, if you need to talk to them. The little old lady in the front, isn't a nice woman.

Paradise Pines Yard Care - I am sorry that your wife had a bad experience at a self storage facility but it was not All American Self Storage in Chico. I noticed that you placed the same comment on American Self Storage on Skyway in Paradise. We are not affiliated with that facility nor do we have an owner or employee by the name of Sam. We take great pride in our customer service and would never treat a customer in the manner you described.

Very bad experience here Sam the owner is a horrible person. He yelled at my wife with disgusting profanity after simply asking a few questions about insurance and fire damage after the camp fire. He was nasty, had no class and totally unprofessional. I am very upset that he treated my wife so disrespectfully especially after what we have been going through with the camp fire.

After living in Chico for a few years, I had to move very quickly to a new city with little time to do it. I didn't have much room in my new place and no time to make arrangements for my excess stuff, so I rented a unit here. I'm not always the brightest. I drove the 7 hours from my current place this week to get some things from my unit. Turns out, I threw away the paper I'd written my code on. I walked into the office and Larry helped me out. He was very friendly and got me my code. I pulled up to my unit and soon realized I left the key to my lock back home. I stressed for about 20 minutes and finally went back to Larry to ask for help. A small fee and 5 minutes later, Larry had my old lock cut off and a replacement for it. After spending awhile looting my unit, I had a few bags of junk to take to the dump and a few bags of things to donate. I found Nancy to ask her the best places to do this and she was incredibly kind. She gave me all the info I needed. I walked back to my car and realized I had one more question, so walked back to bother her again. She was just as kind the second time through. An absolute gem of a person. If you're in need of a unit in Chico, I can't recommend this place eniugh.
