My company has been getting the runaround for the past month now. My assistant has asked that the shredding bin to be picked up and our account cancelled. A month later they still haven't picked up our bin & cancelled our service. We found a much cheaper shredding company in our town. Very poor customer service.

The most HORRIFIC customer service I have ever experienced. You cannot get a hold of anyone - left message after message after message for their finance department. Customer Service will give you a case number and tell you somebody will call you in 2-3 days - still waiting. Extra fees upon fees upon fees and good luck getting anyone to correct them when they charge you for things in error. Charged "cancellation" fees when we never cancelled, they just showed up outside of our business hours (despite being advised on multiple occasions of what they were). After 9 months of trying, I fired them, paid their bogus charges and am happy to be free of them. Every other shredding company I talked to has more competitive rates and will not fee you to death. Their admin department appears to be out of the country. As an added bonus, they refused to pick up their bins until I paid a $150 bin pick up fee. SCAM.

Won't even answer the phone. Got a greeting in French, wanted to know if I'm in Hawaii (???) Generally businesses want to interact with customers.

Very helpful employee greeted me at the door. Helped me carry my boxes to the door. Very reasonable prices for shredding.

Don't waste your time with them, just choose literally anyone else. They're a huge corporation now and will nickel and dime you. Untrustworthy and unsatisfactory.
