    Vets in this area of the country are few and far in between. And good vets are even harder to find. I drive an hour from Susanville to come here. They have an amazing team that know exactly what they're doing, and I am beyond grateful for them!

    We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Nelson Vet Services!! They have seen us through some harrowing times. The staff is very knowledgeable and compassionate. We wouldn’t take our beloved fur-babies anywhere else!!

About Nelson Veterinary Services

Primarily a Dog and Cat practice established in 1998 by Dr. Bob Nelson who served this community until his passing in 2022. We are doing our best to carry on his legacy. Services include Wellness and Preventive, Medical, Surgical, X-rays Ultrasound and an in-house Lab.
