I visited and looked at several bikes, later I sent message about one of the used bikes. I sent pictures and asked why they had wrong msrp listed for that specific model. They were asking more than actual MSRP for a used 2 (soon to be 3) year old bike. They ignored my question and sent generic email response. They used to be my favorite dealer, but now they are way more expensive than any other dealer and the quality of thier used bikes is not very good. I showed a salesman many defects on a couple bikes and the salesman said they probably wouldn't reduce prices. I've bought 3 bikes there and the last one I paid asking price, and they lied about new battery. I was in dealership for 5 hours and I told them I was coming to purchase. They had not even charged the dead battery, so I waited 2 hours for them to try and charge, hour later they told me that they put in new battery. They lied as 3 days later battery was dead and date code on battery was 3 years old. Very deceptive dealership now. I am giving up using them for anything. They continue to send me messages, but still do not answer mt questions. I believe that that they think people are stupid, and some people are, that's thier targer audience.

Purchased a bike here awhile ago it had a dead battery so I had to wait hours for it to get charged I would think they would throw a new battery after all it was a 16k purchase.

Came in on Sunday August 11th looking for a 2024 Ninja 500, Cameryn was able to help me get financed with a 562 credit score 2000 down and no co signer. This was my first time buying a bike 0 miles off the lot and honestly I thought i wasn’t going to get approved. Cameryn made the experience smooth and professional, I left Sunday without being able to get approved but Monday Cameryn called me telling me I was approved and bike would be ready Tuesday. Shout out to JC who took care of me on Tuesday 13th showed me the bike on got me out on my way within 45 minutes (bike had full tank) Overall I would recommend any first time buyers to buy their first bike at Wheels In Motion. Cam is probably the friendliest salesman I have spoken to so far. He's been putting in a solid effort to help me find what I'm looking for while maintaining consistent and solid communication throughout.
Normally I don’t like dealing with dealerships, but Cam has been a pleasure to speak to. I think he will go far and is truly an asset to this dealership.

Purchased 2 bikes here. 2014 yamaha fz6r and Ducati Panigale V4. Sold them back the Fz6R, plus track ready Ducati Streetfighter 848 in trade for the V4. Got an amazing deal. JC is the man to see there. Don't forget about the sales guys in the apparel side, hooked us up! Thanks guys!!

Wheels in motion is the best. If you want a painless smooth motorcycle buying experience go to wheels in motion. Customer service is top notch, everyone was friendly and helpful. Got discount on a shoei lid and gloves. These guys are legit. Got a more than fair deal on an amazing machine. I had an issue being 3 hours away with picking up the bike (no truck). After speaking with Mathew about he was able to get the bike shipped to my house for free. Skip Del Amo and just go to wheels in motion. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again!

Matt is DOPE! After visiting other dealers, the experience left a lot to be desired. I originally visited WIM because of the V4 R they had for sale. Matt helped immediately and made my family feel at home. Matt’s consultation was centered around rider safety and practicality. After a series of questions, we landed on the V2.
He could've easily sold me a much more expensive machine, but he prioritized health and safety over profit. I will 100% be coming back for another Ducati for my spouse soon.
My family was treated well while waiting and made us feel like long time friends.

Great place service advisor Rudy was great they were able to install tire sensors parts that no dealer wanted to touch. This is my new go to shop for service even though it’s 40 miles from my house.
