Walgreens is one of the big players in the pharmacy industry. Their pharmacists and pharmacy technicians do a tremendous job to satisfy their customers on a daily basis. What is sad is that, most patients do not understand the "behind the scenes" workings of what it takes to finally execute the prescription that was sent to the pharmacy by your doctor. It is not a slam dunk. When orders arrive, there are often errors that have to be fixed, doctors have to be called for clarification/changes. Is the medication and directions in harmony with the indication. And good luck getting hold of the doctor. Then there are insurance issues that must be rectified so that you do not have a high cost or big copay. The medication has to be checked and rechecked for accuracy, so that you get the exact medication that was prescribed. There are also staffing issues that come into play. These are just some factors that determine how soon you can get your meds. There are more. So as a customer, be patient, do not be aggressive, and be thankful you are getting a good deal on your prescription. Finally, appreciate the Pharmacist and the Pharmacy Technicians who work tirelessly, day in day out, to make your health, and your lives, so much better.

there is a guy pharmacist here that is really rude. I don't know who he is. Also they always close earlier than the time they are supposed to stay open.

The worst pharmacy...People are rude..They insist they are right when they are wrong ...If I could leave I would but my ins. has to go thru them...Awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped by to fill a prescription and Luis at the pharmacy was very rude. He said he was very busy and didn't have time to check if my doctor sent in an e-prescription. Instead of having someone else help me, he had me stand there while he worked on his computer/register. I decided to ask the female pharmacist next to him who was able to help me in a few seconds. Luis needs to find another job that does not require customer service. I've been coming to this pharmacy for 10 years and have never had a problem with customer service.

Came here to pick up medicine for my son and was given the worse service ... after picking my items I brought it to the register... I asked if my number for the discount on my items and she said no ... so I told her that the sign said buy one get one 50% off ... she then told me to go back and take a pic of the sign like ummm you work here not me so you go check the sign (I did it just I didn't want them to say anything) but after her manager told her to do it she still was debating it ... after everything was figured out knowing I have a cast on my right hand she then rolled her eyes at me after I asked for a bag ... If u don't wanna work then don't ... if you don't have customer service skills then try a different department ( I suggest janitor cause your work ethic and customer service skills is like shit maybe you can learn by being a janitor to clean your shit up)

They were not ready to attend the customers. I got the worse attitude . The people that waited on the line were upset . It's better to try CVS . Stay away. Long lines. Understaffed.

The staff were nice however outside it smells like urine ! It's pretty gross seems like it has not been washed down for a while, it's a big turn off don't think I would return to the store.

-10,000 STARS. I never go to Walgreens but needed something quick. Price for chewable aspirin was $6.79 and 50% off on the second one. I had join their DOUCHEBAG CLUB to get the price, which, I did. Looked at my credit card and these L**** F*** heads charged me $14.00. Do the math you fuckin' foreigner. NEVER EVER COMING HERE! LIARS, CHEATERS AND A DOUCHEBAG COMPANY. **Look at the ad

I scheduled an appointment for a COVID booster here. After waiting for 20 minutes, the pharmacy tech provided gave me the booster. About 20 minutes after arriving home, I got a call that they didn't get my insurance information and I would need to call back. I did. The agent who answered the Rx phone stated that I would have to provide that info online. I told him I just get a voicemail asking me to call this location back specifically, I provided my insurance information and he insisted that, because I was over 65, I must be on Medicare. Not so. He connected me to the pharmacist on duty, who took my info, but said that all those over 65 are automatically on Medicare Part B. Not so, if you're employed and waived the coverage. This was, apparently, news to the staff there. I was also surprised to see that the only folks wearing masks in the store were customers, not those in the pharmacy. Will stay with Kaiser for these vaccines in the future.

The store may be fine. Most Walgreens store are great but this Devonshire & De Soto store is the one you don't go to if you need help from the employees. They're uneducated in their knowledge and they didn't seem to care to help their customers. Most of them I found working this day (09/05/22 @ 10:00 am to 4:00 pm) have no interest in doing their job. We have to constantly ask for help and if their attitude could speak, it would say "I don't know! Figure it out your self" I will not step foot in this Walgreens ever again.

I discovered this Walgreens has a Fedex drop off and in love. This location is near the vicinity of my Saturday errands and you can drop it off before Fedex opens at 9am. Its an added plus if I needed any items while there.

I participated to work here by the help from the school i graduated from few years ago and I absolutely loved it. It was extremely professional. I loved the experience in being able to participate in that store. And I would absolutely do it again

I want to say thank you to Erica the supervisor on duty Friday night June 10 2022. And to give a wonderful review to the Walgreen staff who assisted me on 6/10/2022. My car stalled in the parking approximately 10:30pm. I was in the store waiting for a tow truck to arrive, at that time I mentioned to Erica what my intentions were. She stated that fine don't worry, I will not leave you here alone. At the same time another staff member came by, a young man assisted me by saying "you can use the charging station to charge your phone". They both was very professional, courteous and friendly, and very patient. When the tow Truck Driver arrived, Erica walk me to the door and said have a great night. I thank Them and felt like they cared about my safety and well being. They were amazing and did an outstanding job! And I truly appreciate the kindness she showed me. THANK YOU!
