Andy is a lifesaver! I am from out of town and forgot my mask and he got me all set up so I didn’t have to wait to get supplies to use my machine. The absolute best customer service and knowledge.

The people here are so helpful. I went to a sleep study clinic and was diagnosed and given a CPAP machine five years ago but never got fitted properly by them or informed as well. Stopping here today and picking up a new mask, This guy actually made me confident that I can use a CPAP machine moving forward. He gave me 10 times more information than I received from the sleep study clinic. Highly recommend if you’re having a problem using a CPAP machine to go inside here and talk to them because they will really break down all your choices and what works best.

I can’t speak highly enough about Andy and Valley CPAP. Andy is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. His service is exemplary. Andy explains everything throughly and being so knowledgeable is able to offer alternatives and compare products. I purchased a ResMed Mini this past week and wouldn’t consider purchasing elsewhere. Not only did Andy fully explain that product but also reviewed my AirSense 11 CPAP. The shop is well stocked and organized. Valley CPAP and Andy deserve at least 6 stars.

While looking for a humidifier canister and mask the only other places I found were several times more expensive and out of stock or they wanted to sale me a newer machine.Andy was very helpful and worked with us on everything we needed and even gave us a couple of options we were not aware of. Thanks very much to Andy and we will definitely be back when we need more parts.

Absolutely fabulous customer service. First time I called them they were closed that day but Andy made a special trip in to help me. He is very knowledgable, friendly, and you could not ask for a better experience.

This business is a gem. I wish I could give more stars. From the moment I cold called them unaware of how insurance worked... every other company would say "we don't take insurance" and hang up. This guy took 10 minutes to explain that all of these business are a regular retail store, not like a pharmacy, and you need to get approval through your insurance for a DME authorization for CPAP; but they will work with you. He was the only one to take the time and cure my confusion about how to actually get a CPAP after getting a prescription from Lofta. He didn't have to do that... and 10 other places just hung up.My insurance (LA Care) didn't cover this place. I had just received my sleep apnea machine through insurance (CalOx) and the mask they gave me was super frustrating. I walked in and described my issues: the Phillips Amara mask was unsealing multiple times throughout the night and I hated it. I love when someone is honest: he said I will probably have similar issues with other masks too and wasn't trying to "sell me" on another option immediately. But he gave some pros and cons of other masks. You can tell he is super knowledgeable and the mask he recommended completely changed my experience (The memory foam resmed full face mask). It is sooo much more comfortable... and while it does unseal occasionally the occurrence per night is dramatically different.Is it circa $10 more than online stores? Yes. BUT WHAT YOU GET is so much more. He took the time to custom fit my face to find the correct size. That hassle alone of returning something if it's incorrect or having it immediately is worth that to me (how would I know which size I was??). And I got a better nights sleep that night.The kicker: I had expressed interest in getting the mask cleaning wipes and forgot to purchase them after learning about everything and buying a new mask. He *ran out to my car* after we left and gave me the wipes at no cost. It's so rare to get this level of knowledge, kindness, and fair prices at a business these days... and they deserve every cent.

Exceptional service by the wonderful family that owns it. I just discovered today that had I gotten my CPAP equipment through Kaisers preferred vendor, Apria, I could have saved $600 as a member (of course no one at Kaiser could be bothered to share that with me BEFORE)...all that to say that though I'm disappointed I didn't get the discount I could have with insurance, I am not disappointed at all with my choice to go to this store for help. I was provided a wealth of information on the sleep therapy that was completely new to me. I can not thank them all enough for the help and patience they provided to me while I was in store for some 3+ hours finding the exact right machine and mask, getting fitted, having everything set up properly and training me on it all.Thank you!

What an amazing family-owned business. I've had very little help from my provider and this business answered all my questions! It was an excellent experience. If you have sleep apnea, stop by. It's a must.

These guys are the grand daddies of the valley. Very educated on the science of sleep and have an extensive inventory. Friendly and willing to go the distance to keep you sleeping comfortably.

I have never experienced such amazing service and care like this. Andy truly cares and wants to help. He is an expert and shows empathy and patience. Starting CPAP treatment is daunting and there is not much support when providers send you the equipment. Andy provides a consultative service that is invaluable in helping people figure out how to get the most out of their therapy . Also a local business that should be supported as much as possible.
