James was super responsive and Luis was an absolute pleasure to work with. Luis came out and did test run on our Spanish tile with cement grout at no charge. He showed up early to do the work and was so kind and communicative. This company works hard, appreciates business, communicates well, and has good pricing. Our tile looks great and our carpets have never looked cleaner. Will be using them again. Ask for Luis!

My area carpet was under an extremely heavy iron canopy bed. It seemed to me to be impossible to remove in order to clean it BUT here came Josh! His completely professional demeanor assured me that they could handle its removal. Valley Carpet Care handled it with care and dispatch. They respected a very short turnaround time and today returned and re-installed the beautifully cleaned carpet. I highly recommend the team at Valley Carpet Care. And they're so nice and friendly and efficient. Who could ask for anything more!! Ten stars!

I got my carpets cleaned on 4th of July! Amazingly, Luis from Valley Carpet Cleaning showed up, as promised at 9 am. My dog had vomited a few days earlier in about 10 places in the living room, hall, and my bedroom. Luis spent about 3 hours spot cleaning, shampooing, scrubbing, and vacuuming. In the end the rooms looks fantastic, I couldn't even tell where any of the spots had been and the whole carpet looked renewed. I definitely recommend Luis at Valley Carpet Cleaning to clean your carpets.

In the past I have had encounters with unscrupulous carpet cleaners. Having seen Valley Carpet Cleaning reviewed positively on Yelp, I decided to give them a call. I was assured by the owner that this was an ethical service, and it turned out to be so. Luis came over on time and surveyed the home and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. I immediately shook his hand. My carpets had not been cleaned in six years and had dog vomit that I was unable to clean up with soap and water and vinegar. Luis did an excellent job and not only cleaned all the carpets but also the kitchen floor and one of the bathroom floors. I feel like I have a new home and will always use this service.

Valley carpet cleaning was fantastic. They were quick to respond with a very reasonable quote. They also picked up my large area rugs in a timely manner, and delivered them earlier than expected They did a great job and did not try to price gouge. I highly recommend.

Josh and Santos came to my house exactly on time. They were polite and friendly. They offered to move furniture, something that my previous carpet cleaning company refused to do. The job was done quickly. My carpet is very clean and the stains are gone. I will use this company again and will recommend them. Thank you Josh and Santos for doing a fantastic job!

Talk about WOW! I needed my entire house shampooed and single-handedly started emptying contents to make everything accessible, but there were items I couldn't move. Our service person was Luis and his trainee Josh. They arrived promptly in the arranged window, very professionally attired in the company uniform and introduced themselves politely. Luis made a quick run through and assured me that they wanted me to be satisfied with their service.I had hurt my foot in a fall and by now could barely walk. They cleared a seating area for me and my granddaughter, making sure I was comfortable and talking to my granddaughter, not brushing her off.The results were absolutely amazing! Thank you Luis and Josh. The carpeting was restored as were the kitchen counter tops. I appreciate your service.See you next time!

This is our first time using their carpet cleaning service. We wanted to have our family room area rug clean, which is a large size rug and also, we wanted to have a smaller area rug cleaned in our living room. I called and spoke to James; we discussed the details regarding the cleaning process and the approximate quote. We were very happy with the answers that James provided us with, so we made arrangements to have his service crew come to our home. We met with Josh and Santos; very professional and friendly techs they gave us the exact quote per their findings of each area rug. We are totally satisfied and happy with the cleaning service, we were unaware of how desperately our rugs were in need of a good professional cleaning. They left our rugs looking like they did when we first bought them, brand new. We highly recommend Valley Carpet Cleaning; you will not regret it.
