“Northridge Service Inc. was the second towing company that came out to try and tow my Tesla with a faulty battery. The first couldn’t figure out how to pull the car up on the truck even if they could figure out how to get it into tow mode. The tow hook panel was covered by a wrap. Vlad got it in tow mode, pushed it out of the parking spot, did something under the car to pull the car onto the flat bed, and had it all done in 15 minutes. I highly recommend.”
