He gave me a quote, I dropped the car off on a Monday night and it was done by Wednesday afternoon. Ed even met me after hours so that I would not have to leave my car out at night in the parking lot. Ed even provided factory parts when he could not find aftermarket ones in time. I was apprehensive about a repair without insurance, but Ed more than delivered and kept me informed all along the way.
