Infested with rats, My stuff got chewed on by rats. Unit covered in rat droppings. I would honestly leave less than one star but the people who work there are pretty helpful and responsive. It's not their fault the building is filled with rats. Did I mention the rat problem? They chewed through plastic containers and plastic bottles. Unit is not temperature controlled so liquids in chewed-on bottles evaporated.

This place sucks! My niece went to grab something out of her storage today and most of her belong were damaged. Boxes were chewed up, rat p*** was everywhere and child hood items were damaged from water and mold. She's paid her fees every month for over a year and they are completely unwilling to make this right. The manager, Rich, pretty much didn't care and offered one option... to sue them. Are you serious?

I've been a customer here for many years and over the last two it's gotten really bad today I'm finding a new storage I will pay extra to move out of this place the rates at store CAL are really low but cheap is always good and good isn't always cheap today I went to my storage to look for some thing and as I walked in the building (indoor storage) it smells really bad and there's been homeless people sleeping upstairs at times when I'm gone so I just thought maybe the stinkiest homeless people know the smell is rat and mouse piss and feces. As I opened my storage door there mouse and rat p*** and piss all over everything. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. I've stayed cause it's only $80 for 7x8. Which is unheard of. But I'm paying more and moving. Now I have to clean every box and item and move

Sadly, I was robbed during the holidays here. I am convinced it was an inside job. Let's start at the beginning ... I moved all of my things into here over 5 months ago. There was a lot of items. I rented several units. All was fine and undisturbed. About a week before Christmas we moved some totally innocuous items into the unit (clothes). We used a nice "luxury" car to transport these bland items. About a week later our unit was raided with over 25k of music equipment stolen. We did not move any equipment on the last move. Whoever came to rob us targeted our unit and moved/stole so much stuff out that they either moved into another unit within the building or would need to have a truck and team. So insanely upset. Building was uncaring about the whole thing and totally unhelpful. I wish I'd spent more money and rented at a more secure facility. A lot of the guitars stolen were sentimental and I am constantly discovering more items missing. :(

Just called and asked about storage availability. A guy who, right away, sounded like an A..hole answered the phone. A few minutes ago, I had called another storage place near by with a different name; apparently this same company owns them. Right away this idiot told me very rudely that I had just called him and hung up. Anyway, long story short, they're rude as can be and don't have anything to help you with anyway. Please go elsewhere and save yourself a lot of head ache.
