“It's pleasant outdoors with separate Riffle , shotgun , pistol range in beautiful mountains. Staff and rangers are experienced , knowledgeable and approachable. Strict rules and monitoring ensures everyone can safely enjoy a good time here at the range . Best deal to become a member for half the price during the thanksgiving promotions. I live far from this location but rather go no where else for shooting . Keep in mind they are closed on Mondays .”
“It's been awhile since I have been to a retail store to pick up a paddle or racket! And truly the only way to get outfitted with the best fit, unless you tried a demo, is to go to a store and experienced in person! With a recommendation from a fellow pickleball mate, I ended up at this store in downtown Calabasas! From the start, I was greeted very kindly by the store manager and a fellow staff member! The manager was very knowledgeable of the paddle trends, the game and fit for players! The store had many choices in stock, and others could be had quickly from vendors! The store had a Black Friday deal going on and demo paddles for half off! Many thanks for the manager in letting us know these deals! The purpose of this trip was for a paddle but was almost lured into buying a tennis racket too; the store offers the top brand of rackets! Also you can get your rackets stringed here! Hard to find that service these days! With great service, conversation and honesty provided, we will definitely be back and tell our friends about this gem! Plus the parking in downtown was a perk on farmers market day!”

I visited the shop during their Memorial Day weekend sale and was met with outstanding service. The staff was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process, making it an enjoyable experience despite my being relatively new to golf. “I went in to buy a Rams hat for a game I was going to and Sport Pulse had a crazy amount of options. Plus, the owner was there and helped me out a ton. “I stopped by this Boarders store inside Northridge mall while my wife was shopping. I knew they would have skateboard here so I wanted to check out what they had. The store is a decent size on the second floor near the men's Macy. They were not busy on a Friday night and they have a decent amount of skateboard and skateboard accessories here. The prices of the board were reasonable and I also looked at some of their shirts. Nothing grab my attention so I didn't purchase anything. I also looked at their sunglasses selection at the front of the store but I prefer Oakley brand.”

“Shout out to Big 5 on Victory Bl in Winnetka, CA. I bought a pair of shoes while traveling in Tooele, UT. When I got home, I needed to exchange them - one of the lacing hooks had broken. On 01/08/2024, I went into my local store, and they did the exchange with absolutely NO HASSLE. They went and got me a new pair, processed the exchange, and I was out of there within five minutes. Kudos to Big 5 Sporting Goods, Charles”

Most interactions I’ve encountered within every corner either suggests something to me, directs me immediately to where I want to or better yet sells me the option I didn’t I wanted. I think having people who work here have experience using their products and enjoys it helps with that customer service experience and they’re always kind enough to go out their help you with no charge sometimes for small labors that can be fixed which shows how intentionally they hire they’re workers. This was the first REI I’ve been to and I never stopped coming back.”

“Our son asked for a baseball birthday experience that included gaming. After calling a bunch of places and getting nowhere, Mark at Baseball Dynamics came through with the most welcoming invitation to have our party at their location. We called out a gaming bus to measure and make sure there wouldn't be any mishaps and voila, we had a party. The boys in the office were hands on helping with kids at the cages. The patio was perfect for a buffet of fun pizza, tacos and cake. They even played the Sandlot on the TV in the background. From the words of my son, "Best Birthday Ever!" We had the best experience and highly recommend using Baseball Dynamics for a private event!”
