Excellent place to wash your clothes 24/7. People mind their own business. My car was broke down for 7 days parked right in front. Nobody said anything. The doughnut shop guy even let me charge my battery in his place. Super nice people!

They have 5 mins rule that they say they wait 5 mins after machine stops, then just unload your clothes. I was there 3 mins after and they were already unloaded and other load was started when I arrived there. When I told them that, she didn’t seemed to care much.

Brought clothes in last week to Wash and Fold. In that load were 2 towels, a nightgown , a Tee Shirt and a new Women's Heavy Gray Robe. I had worn that Robe a few times. When we picked up our Wash the Robe was missing. We asked the Attendant but she said no she never saw it. I can't prove they stole it but, I brought the Robe in and never got it back. Never going back to those Thieves again! Beware!!!!!!

I will definitely be coming back here ! I went to another laundry place out in simi valley mind you and let’s just say I left unhappy, half my clothes was not dried ! But the attendant there was rude pressuring me to hurry up. So my clothes was just very very damp. Will never be going back to firehouse laundry in simi.The attendant here is a very nice older man. We spoke to someone on the message app to contact them they responded quickly. The place is clean they have verity of laundry detergents & softeners in stock. It’s a very clean environment and overall to me customer service is a plus ! So I will definitely be making the trip out from Ventura county ! Thank you SoCal wash & Fold!

SHADY SERVICES!! They lost $600 in clothes. Do not use. Incompetent staff. Brought in some bags of clothes and when arrived to pick up, one of the bags was missing. Even though drop off weight and pick up weight did not match the lady refused to acknowledge the missing clothes. Later that day received a call the clothes were found. Arrived to pick up and was told by staff they no nothing about clothes. Incompetent shady services. Beware.

Excellent wash and fold service I have been using in the pandemic. They will use any detergent I bring, although I find their detergent to be fine. Clothes are folded so well they go right into my dresser drawers. Elsy, the staff I prefer to work with, keeps the place cleaned and efficient. She is a delight to work with.
