Great place to go! Contacted them on social media and received a quick response. Went in because my truck was vibrating at high speeds. They checked out the alignment as courtesy to make sure that was the reason. It was due to tire balancing. They did the alignment and balance within the hour. Very friendly service! Definitely coming back here again

What can I say, this place it top notch. Victor and Gino will treat you and your vehicle right. I found Victor at another shop, and followed him here and let me tell you zero regrets. I take my car, and my wife's car, and even recommend my friends to this place. When I needed these specific Hankook tires that I was looking for, no problem, they got them for me. They do all kinds of service, oil change, transmission service, they do it all. If you need your car serviced, or one of the many lights on your dash that isn't suppose to be lighting up (like that pesky Check Engine light) suddenly is, bring it here and these guys will take care of you.

Gino and his team are top notch. Gino understands the importance of building long term business relationships. He is also willing to explain in depth what options you have on a repair and why he recommends the repair path that he does. I enjoyed that he took the time to explain "the why" for his recommended repairs. You can't really not have a car and live in Los Angeles and you definitely need a solid car guy if you do choose to have a car. Stellar service by all the techs on the floor. They are very knowledgeable and get the job done right. Victor the service manager gives great customer service from the initial call till I drive out the shop. And the owner Gino takes pride in making sure his customers are happy and satisfied. They have a customer for life here.

I am a car enthusiasts that does everything myself, except for things when I'm limited by equipment. One tool I don't have space for at home is a tire machine and balancer. Having to ask a shop "PLEASE DON'T SCRATCH MY WHEEL" is never great on both sides. I actually sent out the generic quote request through Yelp, explaining in short- Tires need to be mounted on higher end wheels without a scratch. All the shops turned it down, EXCEPT FOR Silver City Tire & Service.Gino responded immediately and even said "99% of the time we won't scratch a wheel", which in itself tells me that he's confident in it, and that they do this kind of service all the time. Thanks Gino, I'll definitely be back

Our 2012 Kia Soul needed tires. Victor invited me to stop by and within 90 minutes had me done and out with exactly the right tire at at fair price. He and Oscar are great to work with.

I learned I had a nail in my tire as I was leaving work after 5pm. I had to find a tire repair shop in order to make my long commute home. I called Pep Boys and they were all closing and wouldn't help me. I called Silver Tire and even though they were already closed, Victor the service manager said to come in and they would help. When I arrived, Victor and his crew of three worked like a pit crew and patched my tire in a few minutes and checked all the other tires to make sure they had enough air so I can make my way back home safely. They were lifesavers and were friendly and happy to be of service. I highly recommend them!
