Amir was great! He has a huge knowledge of colors and materials needed to get the job done. He even helped my wife decide between 5 types of white the looked all the same to me. He saved me the stress of having to pretend that I cared about or even knew the difference between pure white, and extra white. And probably saved me a fight and a night of me sleeping on the couch. Thanks Amir.

The store manager, Amir, is excellent!! I'm a designer and if possible I try to go to this location. A few weeks ago I had an issue with getting a paint color to match an existing paint. He was so helpful in assisting with it and really helped me through it until I was happy. I've been to many paint and particularly SW stores and this one (with Amir) is the best! *I'm not big on giving reviews, but felt this one was necessary.

Customer service in this SW paint store is top notch. Amir and Trinity are consummate professionals, they took the time to understand what type of design aesthetic I want to achieve in my interior paint project. They were very thorough in going over my paint product options and also what factors to consider in order to achieve the look I am going for. I see myself going back here for my future paint projects.

I've bought paint a couple of times here since the Chatsworth store is near my home. The store has signs on the window advertising "curb" side service - but the reality is unless you are buying off the shelf paint (not mixed) or non-paint items you cannot pay over the phone and get curbside service for pick up - You must go into the store, pay and wait for the paint to be mixed. When I asked the sales person why this was not allowed he said it is against store policy and sales people have been fired mixing paint without the customer present in the store. Hmmm okay, then. I guess he thought that was reason enough and I should take pity and not complain. Oddly having been there before buying custom paint they did not forbid me from running to Vons after paying while they mixed the paint. The sales staff does not seem very knowledgeable. I get the impression they have a "play book" and customer service is not a big priority. Might as well go to Home Depot or Lowe's - but since this is a specialty store I thought I would get better customer service. Too bad!

Keep getting the run around on availability of paint ordered. I ordered paint 2 and a half months ago. Was told 1 week or later. Still no paint. Everyone I call I get a different story. Lost my contractor due to not getting paint on time and now my job cannot be finished. Horrible experience. Still no paint.

Ordered a paint 2 weeks ago. Was told 7 days or sooner. Just called after not getting any calls in 2 weeks. Couldn't find my order and apparently my order got canceled. Going to reorder and hopefully it arrives.

I went in the the Chatsworth, CA store expecting a long and tedious visit. I was helped immediately, paint was mixed and I was out the door in 10 minutes. I could not have been happier with my experience.

I had an issue with my Xtend ladder, it cracked. Brought it in and traded it for another and paid the difference. Good customer service. :)

Had an excellent experience at Sherman Williams yesterday. The sales associate actually ended up picking the color for me. She went above and beyond to help me.

My wife and I have used the Emerald line on our interior. I think SW paint is a great value and will continue to use it for our projects. The staff at this location have always been great. Friendly, knowledgeable and quick/efficient.

Let me start this review by saying that when it comes to paint and all things "home repair", I am an idiot. I went into Sherwin Williams because I needed to find a paint match for two rooms in my place. I came in with paint chips and met Kristen, who was eager to help me out.Kristen embodied what good customer service should look like at EVERY store across the planet! She was kind, patient, helpful, and had a great attitude. I came in almost as the store was closing and she didn't hesitate to go above and beyond. She worked diligently to make sure she found the right paint match for my rooms; and even help me set up a profile so that I won't forget them in the future! The store itself is a BEAUTIFUL store (unlike other Sherwin Williams stores I've been to that are just kinda...meh). But make no mistake: what sets this store apart from the rest is the incredible customer service. Special Thanks to Kristen for making it a fun and stress free experience! I WILL be back!
