Don't use cash. Guy last night was very scared to take a $100 bill for $80 OF GAS? Started to shake and said he didn't have change? Gave me my money back Then proceeded to get back on his cell phone .Thanks Shell ill take my business up the street to AM/PM

The gas is great, the pumps work just fine, and that asphalt? Boy howdy. The discount from my Ralph's points makes Shell gas sweeter than candy.

These guys barely acknowledge you and when they do so it's usually in a condescending tone. Just came to fill up gas and a sign is displayed on the door that they're away from 7-730PM and we can't go inside to make purchases.I see 2 employees sitting outside doing nothing. Shouldn't only one of you be on break while the other minds the store? Ridiculous

The cashier was very rude and ignorant to the customer’s need. His name is Nazim. It seems like a lot of customers already have issues with this cashier according to the review. He was on his phone all the time and when I asked if I can get some air my my tire he told me just pay for it with my credit card. According to California law, air is free for customer who purchase fuel. He clearly wanted me to pay for air without letting me know it is actually free for customer. I already purchased gas but it seems like he didn’t care. He just wanted me to buy gas again. I just hope that someone higher up read this to retrain him on customer service because he clearly hate his job and he’s putting it on his customers as well.

I always have the worst experience at the gas station haven't been there in a couple years found myself having to use it today.same old story try to use your reward card they shut it off at a predetermined amountit's just absolutely ridiculous that's their customer service is horrible i iAvoid that gas station at all costs if possible

the attendant Nazim his a horribly rude man. this gas station is right by my house and i rather use the Chevron across the street. the first time i encountered Nazim i needed to put air in my tire. i had got gas earlier that day so it was just air i needed. he refused to turn the air on for me. which, my understanding is that in the state of CA air / water are free.. anyway. he would not turn the air on. he said i had to buy gas. i said my gas was full i don't need any but my tire really needs air. he refused. LUCKILY a nice man at the gas station saw how rude he was being, and offered to fill my tire with a hand-held air pump he had! The second encounter w Nazim was just this morning. i went in to get a water bottle for my son for school and asked if they accepted ebt cards. he said "no". and i said... hmm that's odd are you sure? he said "go ahead try it's not going to work" i said "you have to press a button on your end over there for ebt. " he said well i know "but it's not connected". i said so you DO have ebt. it's just not connected. he said "yea & i don't see a need to connect it so im not connecting it today use a regular card i don't want to connect it." what a j**** I am thoroughly convinced he must just hate women.

Fill up here twice a day attendant is always in the restroom. I asked to use the restroom and No it's out of service. Thanks a lot!!! Awesome customer retention.

I get my car service done here, they have fair prices. It can get a little busy and your car will take a while, but that isn't their fault they are just that good.
