“Every interaction with Prodigy was professional and friendly. Iliya was quick with my video tour and estimate, the office sent me paperwork promptly, and Ivan and his team were super efficient and helped make things go smoothly. They figured out a way to get my fridge through a tight doorway and added pads to the legs of my furniture upon move-in as not to scratch the wood floors. Highly recommended!”

“So, we're new to the RV game and my wife and I purchased an Airstream in July, we wanted to make sure that our new baby was well watched after and cared for. And since we knew that our first series of trips would be north of LA into the Central Coast, we thought that a space in the valley would make the most sense. What a gem this place is! Fully secured, you need to call the office for entrance to the lot. Patty, the gatekeeper is a Diamond in the rough. So pleasant, professional and thorough. The fact that she has a smile on her face 100% of the time is just icing on the case. Dave, Chris and Jose, you guys all rock. But a special mention has to go out to Bob, who not only is a ball of positive energy whenever I see him, but goes above and beyond when help is needed. Just today, the chain on the stabilizing bar of my Blue Ox got jammed. Bob took the time to assess the situation, grab the appropriate tools and remedy the problem, all with a smile. He probably spent 20 minutes working this problem for me and I'm so grateful that he did. I haven't even mentioned the valet service! Yes. You simply pull your RV into the lot, un-hitch and they'll park it for you whether you have an indoor or outdoor space. Not sure how other RV storage facilities operate but these guys knock it out of the park. If they were closer to the 101 or the 405 they'd be getting 10 stars from me but since that's out of their control, 5 enthusiastic stars will have to do.”
“The staff were helpful when I asked about the move in process they explained everything in detail. Frank and Jenn were very helpful and Jenn showed me a few options that I could use for unit size. Frank was great with trying to find me a great deal and was unable to find any but I would definitely will come back when I can find movers and and get help moving my items in.”

Unlike most other self storage places this isn't corporate vibe with too many restrictions and late fees etc. U store is managed by a very cool couple who could have find me the first time that I was late but instead they just waited till they saw me and reminded me and they waved the late fee.”
