Sold to ACM and since most workers got fired and location closed. Toner quality and service just went down to the worse quality in the market. We are leaving them after 25 years. Very sad.

SCAM - NEGATIVE STARS - They either work with and/or are crooks themselves. Toner Pirates (Google it). Scammed by a company called Alta Imaging Solutions (Checotah, OK) - Royal-Imaging in CA sent the $698 toner cartridges. I have filed a complaint with the FTC. CRIMINALS

This is a scam. You're probably reading this because they got you too.
They call pretending to be with the company that services your copier and they send you something you dont even need. Not going to be paying for this. You bums need to get a real job.
