I have been coming to this rite aid for the past few year for shopping and medication it been months all the shelf are empty I am not sure if the reason they don't restocking the item because they are closing down the store, I hope they don't close this store down

This has been my go to Rite Aid for over a decade. The store associates are always friendly, greet you upon arrival, and are knowledgeable about the products they sell. The pharmacy associates are always friendly and informed about the prescriptions or medications they dispense answering any questions I may have. The store is always clean, and it's just a comfortable place to patronize.

It's great to have a local store/pharmacy that actually stocks items nowadays. So many stores nearby have empty shelves due to shoplifting. I'm relieved that Rite Aid is nearby. It's clean, pleasant, easy to dash in and out when in a hurry, and always has what I need.

The Customer service is trash, sorry but not sorry and poor managementI’m sure this girl had to be new, because she was stressed the hell out attending two ppl in line and I asked if I could get assistance on the lash section . I came back 5 mins later if someone else could assist maybe she could call someone. She raises her voice at me and says “I have the key!”Listen girl I’m sorry you’re stressed and you’re left alone but don’t yell at me because you can’t multitasking and call for help through the speaker. I felt bad for the girl, like she was stressed with two ppl in line?? Where is management ?She shouldn’t have been left alone to begin with. The past times I have stopped by that rite aid everyone there looks like they hate their job idk how that place is still running.I left lol bought my things somewhere else off to walgreens I went :) better customer service!

The sales lady was named (I think) maylynne not sure but she was so kind and helped me with coupons to save me money on Father's day. She deserves a raise. Above and beyond customer service and kindness~!

This pharmacy doesn't honor refills. Staff makes excuses to avoid filling. They have lied to me so many times.only 1 person who greets patrons by name.Parking is horrible bc of gym patrons parking in front of pharmacy. Homeless stealing from store. Overpriced.

Use to be a good pharmacy but lately hasn't been phone in to order refills hit or miss that they received because of automated service, then u get ten million calls that they are ready, well our last batch of refills was called in two weeks ago got call they were ready went up nope nothing said they'd be ready by Friday part order, so they reordered again told they would be ready for Monday again a million calls go up today nothing there claim they are in back order get attitude told us we can go elsewhere to pick up, bad bad service if these could be sent by mail order wed be out of there, been going there for yrs never seen this type of behaviour from any of them but lately they all have attitudes up there not very professional as for rating you are getting 1 star but deserve none

I had a terrible experience with Rite Aid's order pick up service. The process was slow and frustrating, and to make matters worse, the employee helping me was a woman who seemed to be struggling with the technology. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received.
