After being slammed with "brokers," from my Google search (which I will never do again), I found Ross at Presto Logistics. Henry will be our estimator for our move from California to Georgia. I checked their Trust Pilot reviews and was amazed at how happy people are with them. So far I have only dealt with professional and courteous people. Much different from the high pressure sales people from New York that are brokers and want 50% up front. Make sure you check the D.O.T website and see if the company really has their own trailers. Its easy to say you have trucks to pick-up your items and even easier to just drop them in a warehouse and consign another company to do your move. Presto picks up with their trucks with their name on the side and that same truck and driver deliver to your new home. I will update this review when they load the truck and again when they deliver to our new home.

hired Presto Logistics to assist with my move from California to Colorado in June 2022. Additionally, I also used their storage facility for two months until my home in Colorado was ready. I would only hire Presto if the agreement was firm fixed price and I would not recommend their storage facility. It took me awhile to get through 249 boxes but I did and everything was accounted for. In an effort to obtain a quote that would be reasonable, I interviewed in person at my California home several moving companies, I walked them through each room in the house as well as the garage and walk up attic space. Based on my conversations with each of the moving companies, Henry Vogel at Presto appeared to be most knowledgeable and confident in their ability to pack up my home, store my household goods until my home in Colorado was completed and my household goods would be in good hands with Presto as they do not subcontract out to another company to store my household goods and transport them to Colorado. I would be dealing with one person and one company. Their estimate to load, store and transport my household goods for a house at 2800 square feet to Colorado was $10.5K. It wasn't the cheapest, it was middle of the batch. My husband and I packed the entire house and we took the time to label each box with color tape assigned to a room in our new home, a number on the box ( I created a detailed excel spreadsheet that contained the contents in each box, I created drop down lists for what room in my Colorado home the box will be placed, added "FRAGILE" stickers to the outside boxes as needed). Its move day, off to a good start. Presto movers arrive at my California home on time and the movers begin to wrap my furniture and take my household goods out to load in their trucks. The movers were efficient and get the job done in 6 hours. The lead guy from Presto brings in the bill and instead of the original $10.5k it is now almost $14K. We are told the estimate was not correct, we call Henry to discuss this increase and after much back and forth, we got two months of free storage. We could not understand how the estimate was so off, Henry had access to the entire house, opened cabinets, opened drawers and spaces. We even sold more household items than was or suppose to be included in the estimate. Then the lead guy informs us that we need to give each of the movers a $100 tip which is typically the minimum. Well that was news to us and unfortunately we did not have much cash on hand so we gave them a little tip. I provided waters, gatorade, granola bars and sliced oranges for the movers to consume while working and it was all gone when they were done. As far as the storage facility goes, I would not recommend these services primarily because all of my furniture pieces were delivered with scratches, dents, chunks of wood missing, broken glasses, dishes, mixing bowls, picture frames broken. Although a eventually filed a claim, some of the items damaged cannot be replaced such as my bier glasses I bought from Germany. My lladro figurines from Portugal. Family heirloom happy birthday plate that I made at Color me mine 15 years ago, my great grandfathers executive desk delivered scratched up and must of carried a heavy load that it made the desktop bow down. Despite my efforts to bubble wrap delicate items, attach "FRAGILE" labels. Even those boxes arrived all mangled and damaged. I am attaching some photos for your review. I eventually filed a claim and Maria at the Presto Office was very kind and helpful. To prepare to file a claim, I had to include pictures of damaged item (if you don't the claim will be denied), make and model of damaged item, when it was purchased, where it was purchased, how much it would cost to replace, a link of the store the new item/furniture would be purchased. This process took me three days to collect my pictures, determine which items will be replaced, which items will be repaired and which I just will have to live with as is. As stated above there were items they broke, destroye

Not sure how true the other reviews are but I don't recommend them. Their communication sucks the cost is extremely high for the service they provide. Don't use them unless you want to wait months to get your things.

I have 7 complaints about Presto. I cannot recommend them to anyone. I don't trust them and won't do business with them again. I heard about them through ads on KRLA 870. I've called the station to lodge the following complaints: 1: The "full-service, all-in" estimate was significantly underbid and Henry used some tricky language to run up the bill on me on the day of the move. I sent Henry an updated list of items to be moved three days before the move but he ignored it and did not adjust the estimate. As far as I'm concerned this was intentional negligence. 2) On the day of the move Presto charged me an additional $2,000 which increased the amount by 40% above the estimate. Henry said he would neither accept a credit card nor a debit card payment, but only cash or cashiers check. That was communicated to me at 1:00 pm on the day of the move so I had to drop everything and go to the bank. I felt like they were tricking me to get me out of the new place while they moved everything in. When I returned it was chaos -- the hard-working crew had no idea where to put anything so it was a mess and there was added work to get stuff in the right places. 3) Henry neglected to account for several things like the fact that I already told him we were moving into an apartment building with an elevator and challenging street access condition. Henry threatened still more charges but he ultimately withdrew them. 4) The on-site moving manager named Marteen was angry, constantly complaining, on the edge of being verbally abusive to me, told me they were spending too much time on the job, threatened not to complete the job, threatened to not reassemble shelving units I contracted for reassembly, and encouraged me to pay him off to reduce the price to Presto and to finish the work! 5) Marteen dominated the only two elevators in the building. Building management told him he could not use both of them. He became verbally abusive with management, ignoring their requests. Building management complained bitterly to me and told me that Presto would not be allowed to move people in and out of the building in the future. 6) Several items were broken -- estimated in the thousands of dollars -- including antiques and long-held, dear family possessions. I'll be filing a long insurance claim. 7) Henry neither apologized nor admitted to any mistakes including the things described above. He didn't follow up at all. As far as I'm concerned it was a "pump and dump." The crew left the place in a mess and in a hurry. Henry could have cared less. The only time he got in touch was after I reported what happened to the sales manager at KRLA. Then Henry left a voice mail and text message, but he never followed up. He runs a terrible, uncaring, and unprofessional company, in my opinion.

We used Presto Logistics for a move from Irvine, CA to Eugene, OR. Presto was great from start to finish. This company provides great service at a reasonable price. You probably do need to plan for a few extra $ at pick up based on estimates. However, the price was still very reasonable. The only minor thing I did not like was the bad attitude the pick up driver took with us when we were not at the apartment when they arrived because we were told the wrong time. This was very minor compared to the great service we received from all other employees. I would highly recommend Presto Logistics and I would definitely use them again.

enry helped me schedule my move from LA to Utah. Presto was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for any professional moving services! All of our stuff got here on time and in great shape. The crews for pick up and drop off were complete pros, and Henry's communication was top notch throughout! I will not call anyone else for any future moves!

We were very happy with the professionalism and the found our representative, Henry, to be responsive and detailed with communication. We were happy with our decision as our items arrived safely and in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Henry and his team of movers couldn’t have done a better job! They came at 6am and and were done by 1pm, far exceeding my expectations. The movers were professional and worked well together, ensuring a smooth and quick move and no drama. I highly recommend them!

I just moved with presto logistics for my third time, Henry has been incredible to work with since day 1. He is upfront, easy to work with and honest. In the past all of the previous companies I worked with either broke a lot of stuff or were difficult to work with until I started working with henry at presto. After 3 different moves I haven't had one issue. Would highly recommend!

From CA to MA - if I could give more stars, I would. I don't typically give Yelp ratings, but in this case I must share the great experience I had so anyone looking for a moving company can know that PRESTO LOGISTICS IS THE BEST MOVING COMPANY FOR LONG-DISTANCE/OUT-OF-STATE/CROSS-COUNTRY MOVES. PRESTO LOGISTICS = PROFESSIONALISM, TRANSPARENCY, RELIABILITY - from those on the phone/in the office (Henry and Berniece), to those doing the moving (Martin, Jay, Justin and Jacob). My experience... I was in need of finding a moving service that would help with moving my belongings across the country from Los Angeles to a storage unit in Danvers, MA (nearby to where I was going to live). After shopping around a couple of weeks for cross-country movers (I was even on the verge of signing a contract with a particular moving company, only to find out they were a sham!) I resorted to checking the U.S. government website "protectyourmove.gov" where I found information and good reviews on Presto Logistics. What initially impressed me about their record was they had zero ("0") "hostage" incidents with their moves - meaning when a moving company decides to hold off on delivering your belongings until you pay them more money. Compared to other moving companies, Presto's record of zero hostage reports is a rarity. I called Presto Logistics and spoke on the phone with Henry. He asked me a number of pertinent questions so he could give me an accurate estimate on the cost to move my belongings - which was typical of what I'd experienced with the other movers I called. Henry was very straightforward with me on the cost and on the timing for delivery - which was comparable to other companies - and Henry conducted himself very professionally - unlike other moving companies I'd called who's representatives conducted themselves more like pushy used-car salesmen. I decided to go with my gut and signed a contract with Presto Logistics to do the move for me. They were very timely in coming to pick up my belongings around the time I needed them to come, with a team of guys, headed by a guy named Martin, who was a very no-nonsense, "get the job done" kind of guy, and did a good job being on top of his team. Martin was professional and courteous and was thorough in going over all the paperwork of the contract with me. The movers efficiently loaded up my belongings onto their truck and then headed off to bring my stuff to where they would store it until it would leave in a few weeks to be delivered to me on the date I needed them to be delivered to my storage space in Danvers, MA. The pick up of my belongings went smoothly, and I was impressed and very grateful that Henry was available to contact via calling or texting his mobile phone in the days leading up to the pick up, during the pickup, and any time thereafter. Making the payment for the fees and deposit was easily done via Zelle, although they do offer other options to submit payment to them. I just received my belongings a few days ago. Berniece from Presto contacted me a little over a week prior to my requested delivery date to remind me that the delivery date was approaching soon, and that the driver would be arriving around the date I had requested. Berniece also reminded me that the I could Zelle the remaining balance on my contract any time leading up to the delivery date. I Zelle'd the remaining balance due a couple of days before my requested delivery date. In addition, Berniece at Presto informed me that the driver would be in contact with me around the delivery date to give me an idea on his exact time of arrival. The driver, Jay, called me a day after my requested delivery date and told me he'd be arriving in a couple of days. I had no problem with this as it was part of the contract that delivery would not be guaranteed for the exact requested delivery date, and could be up to a significant amount of days thereafter when my belongings would eventually arrive. Jay and I stayed in contact via calling and texting l

I recently made a major move from Orange County, California to Portland, Oregon and was originally hesitant about utilizing a moving company because I worried about relinquishing that much control. Presto Logistics however turned out to be of great service to me and significantly reduced the stress involved with a move of this kind. Thank you for all that you do, Henry.

I had looked into a lot of moving companies and found that they were all scams but then i found presto logistics And decided to take a chance with them.
