We moved from SoCal to Oregon in July, the hottest weekend of the month. When we first called for a quote we were treated with respect. We did use a video chat to go over what we wanted moved and then received our quote. We did go over the box limit and paid a bit more but it was reasonable. After reading several reviews we decided to not move old furniture and cleaned out a lot of items to repurchase for the new home which was a better solution. Time and money saving way to go. Moving crew from old home were great and fast even with the heat wave that hit but we provided them with Gatorade, water and snacks. Then, delivery was a breeze and they were great with making sure all items went to the appropriate areas. A couple items were a bit damaged but the insurance company helped with that. We had items that we were concerned could be damaged with moving but they were wrapped with care and made the trip! No boxes were lost. We are all human and if you want special or priceless items to make the trip take them with you like we did, if possible. After watching the movers load and unload the truck we did give them an monetary tip to grab some lunch on the way to their next load. :) They work very hard. Thank you Presto and the many people who were involved to make this happen. Kudos to everyone!

We used them to move from CA to FL. Great service from A-Z.
They helped pack what needed to be be packed, dismantle what needed to be dismantled, and put together what needed to be put together once all the items arrived at the new location.
Most importantly all items arrived we packed up in one piece :)

We would highly recommend Presto Logistics for inter-state moving. They have excellent customer service. We recently moved from CA to NC and all things went as planned and smoothly. There were no hidden fees or surprises. Henry visited and gave us in-house quote/ estimate which was almost similar to what we paid at the end. He was very accommodating and super helpful with our move and respond in timely manner. Special shout out to Zek who convinced me to choose Presto and I'm glad I did. He replied to all my question, messages and was very helpful. The truck drivers Martin and Billy were also very nice. At pick up they showed up before 6am, which was a bit early but with his team of 4 movers they did their job in less than 2 hrs. At unloading in NC, there was only 1 helper with the driver because of which it took a bit longer, that's fine.

My husband and I used Presto to move from California to Oregon and our jewelry was stolen by the movers. We contacted them 5 business days after the delivery as soon as we realized it was missing. It was rings that was in ring holders that was on dressers the movers were moving things into. They even took my engagement ring but left my wedding band (and a designer ring too so clearly knew the most expensive things on there). It's really disappointing that you let people into your house, make them coffee as they move things in and this happens.
When we called them they said there is no way one of the movers would have stolen anything but they would look into the other one and call us and no surprises they never called us back! Absolutely devastated to have an experience like this and would not recommend moving with them.

Henry and his staff were efficient, friendly, helpful, and came when they said they would come, charged what they said they would charge, and did what they said they would do. Presto really took the stress out of the move. I highly recommend them.

Kindest people you can find. We went through a broker and a carrier service was assigned. I think our stuff was passed onto couple of companies as it was a cross country and these guys were the carriers for the final leg. Their service was top notch, and were very professional about everything. From neatly stacking the boxes to assembling of furniture properly, they made sure the floors were not getting scratched. We really liked them and will recommend them to all our friends. Avoid going through a broker. Just call them directly. Cheers!

DO NOT USE! Presto Logistics moved us in 2021. The coordinator was great, however the move was way underestimated with a quote of $13k. It ended up being $20k. The loading crew brought out a box truck with them to move us, but we ended up taking almost 1/2 of a semi for our load. They couldn’t care less if your boxes are marked “fragile.” They stacked them and crushed them. Even boxes that were meticulously packed with bubble wrap and tissue, had items broken. The delivery driver was absolutely awful, and refused to even allow us to look inside the truck and insisted that we pay him in full before releasing our belongings that were already 16 days past promised delivery. We lost thousands of dollars in antiques and personal belongings. We were reimbursed $400 for insurance because we could not provide receipts for the broken items and we had not take out full insurance replacement. Our move was a nightmare thanks to Presto Logistics.

Hired Presto for a long distance move and it turned out to be a disappointing experience. We were quoted a price, and expected it to be more, but movers picked up stuff it ended up being another $4,700 more than quoted. I knew it could be more but not more than half the original quote. The pick up and drop-off movers were quick and efficient (except when dismantling some shelves pieces were broken and some not in piece box), but whoever loaded the truck for the actual move were horrible. There were boxes clearly marked fragile at the bottom were some boxes were crushed (even the unloaders commented that A LOT of the heavy boxes was stacked on the smaller, more fragile boxes), which resulted in several broken items. We also had pillows in a mattress bag with the mattress, which they had taken out. The pillows dirty and beyond cleaning after just been in the stacked mess. We think there a few missing items but still unpacking, so we will find out. Also I read earlier that they have their in house staff for the move, that is not true. The unloadedrs were found on social media. The driver ensured me they vetted, but they are NOT Presto Logistic employees. I know nothing goes perfect but I was truly disappointed.

I used Presto for a one bedroom apartment move in neighborhood. They sent me 5 guys and had my apartment packed up and unloaded in the new apartment in 3 hours. The guys were super friendly and made me really comfortable. Henry gave me a quote that I was comfortable with, and they stuck to that price. He also answered all my questions timely. This was my first move by myself and I can't say enough good things and will definitely consider them again in the future for another move.

After being slammed with "brokers," from my Google search (which I will never do again), I found Ross at Presto Logistics. Henry will be our estimator for our move from California to Georgia. I checked their Trust Pilot reviews and was amazed at how happy people are with them. So far I have only dealt with professional and courteous people. Much different from the high pressure sales people from New York that are brokers and want 50% up front. Make sure you check the D.O.T website and see if the company really has their own trailers. Its easy to say you have trucks to pick-up your items and even easier to just drop them in a warehouse and consign another company to do your move. Presto picks up with their trucks with their name on the side and that same truck and driver deliver to your new home. I will update this review when they load the truck and again when they deliver to our new home.

hired Presto Logistics to assist with my move from California to Colorado in June 2022. Additionally, I also used their storage facility for two months until my home in Colorado was ready. I would only hire Presto if the agreement was firm fixed price and I would not recommend their storage facility. It took me awhile to get through 249 boxes but I did and everything was accounted for. In an effort to obtain a quote that would be reasonable, I interviewed in person at my California home several moving companies, I walked them through each room in the house as well as the garage and walk up attic space. Based on my conversations with each of the moving companies, Henry Vogel at Presto appeared to be most knowledgeable and confident in their ability to pack up my home, store my household goods until my home in Colorado was completed and my household goods would be in good hands with Presto as they do not subcontract out to another company to store my household goods and transport them to Colorado. I would be dealing with one person and one company. Their estimate to load, store and transport my household goods for a house at 2800 square feet to Colorado was $10.5K. It wasn't the cheapest, it was middle of the batch. My husband and I packed the entire house and we took the time to label each box with color tape assigned to a room in our new home, a number on the box ( I created a detailed excel spreadsheet that contained the contents in each box, I created drop down lists for what room in my Colorado home the box will be placed, added "FRAGILE" stickers to the outside boxes as needed). Its move day, off to a good start. Presto movers arrive at my California home on time and the movers begin to wrap my furniture and take my household goods out to load in their trucks. The movers were efficient and get the job done in 6 hours. The lead guy from Presto brings in the bill and instead of the original $10.5k it is now almost $14K. We are told the estimate was not correct, we call Henry to discuss this increase and after much back and forth, we got two months of free storage. We could not understand how the estimate was so off, Henry had access to the entire house, opened cabinets, opened drawers and spaces. We even sold more household items than was or suppose to be included in the estimate. Then the lead guy informs us that we need to give each of the movers a $100 tip which is typically the minimum. Well that was news to us and unfortunately we did not have much cash on hand so we gave them a little tip. I provided waters, gatorade, granola bars and sliced oranges for the movers to consume while working and it was all gone when they were done. As far as the storage facility goes, I would not recommend these services primarily because all of my furniture pieces were delivered with scratches, dents, chunks of wood missing, broken glasses, dishes, mixing bowls, picture frames broken. Although a eventually filed a claim, some of the items damaged cannot be replaced such as my bier glasses I bought from Germany. My lladro figurines from Portugal. Family heirloom happy birthday plate that I made at Color me mine 15 years ago, my great grandfathers executive desk delivered scratched up and must of carried a heavy load that it made the desktop bow down. Despite my efforts to bubble wrap delicate items, attach "FRAGILE" labels. Even those boxes arrived all mangled and damaged. I am attaching some photos for your review. I eventually filed a claim and Maria at the Presto Office was very kind and helpful. To prepare to file a claim, I had to include pictures of damaged item (if you don't the claim will be denied), make and model of damaged item, when it was purchased, where it was purchased, how much it would cost to replace, a link of the store the new item/furniture would be purchased. This process took me three days to collect my pictures, determine which items will be replaced, which items will be repaired and which I just will have to live with as is. As stated above there were items they broke, destroye

Not sure how true the other reviews are but I don't recommend them. Their communication sucks the cost is extremely high for the service they provide. Don't use them unless you want to wait months to get your things.

Rare to find a service company that delivers on everything quoted, but then performs above my expectations.Couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied.PL
