Allen is a great asset to our community and PostNet is a great one-stop shop for packing/sending mail/packages, notary services, printing & design. He always is very helpful and I know my mail/packages always arrive on time. I couldn't recommend PostNet enough.

I dropped off 2 boxes for FedEx and according to Alan the manager/owner the boxes were picked up my the FedEx driver Jorge but they where never scanned. They were never scanned and when I opened a claim with FedEx they declined the claim because boxes don't show up in there system because they were never scanned. I reached out to Alan and told him I was going to need him to sign a letter telling FedEx that the boxes were picked up. When I called back to get Alan's last name for the letter he said he spoke to PostNet and they instructed him not to sign. Although this is supposed to be an authorized FedEx location your packages are not safe. This isn't the first time this has happen. Clearly someone is stealing the packages and Alan is turning the blind eye. Will never drop off anything at this PostNet .I am editing my post because Alan the owner just called me to bad mouth me, using profanity and pisted off because I left a 1 star review. I honestly don't think this is the appropriate way of handling this case. I will now reach out directly to PostNet and let them know about Alan's call. Alan clearly needs a class on customer service.

Very rude and non-responsive. This location does not print, and they did not seem to want out business. Not recommended.

I always use this location when I have a chance to send out everything from gifts to simple smaller items. The customer service is on point and your needs are met. They also have a variety of items you are able to use to ship out your smaller to bigger pieces. Parking is in their lot.
