I have not yet boarded my dog here and will update after we use their services, but I felt my experience so far was worth a 5-star review. I called and spoke with Kevin very close to closing time (my bad), and he was extremely kind and patient with me. Toast and I are definitely "extra," but it sounds like this facility will be able to accommodate her special needs, and I am very grateful. I'm impressed by the thorough patient portal and I'm very glad that we'll have a temperament test so we can check everything out before the big day. Needing to find daycare for my special girl is extremely stressful, and PAWparazzi is really coming through in the clutch so far. Thank you!

We had an outstanding boarding experience with PAWparazzi! Their safety protocol, exceptional communication (daily texts, photos, and videos), interactive enrichment classes, and evident care for our dogs made our vacation worry-free. Knowing our dogs were safe and loved made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Riley loves the staff at Pawparazzi and so do we. They are professional, hard working, conscientious, and above all they know their stuff! Riley gets structure, exercise and mental stimulation.

I can't say enough good things about PAWparazzi. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Our puppy absolutely LOVES coming here for daycare and we love and trust them with her wholeheartedly! We've done both daycare and boarding with them and I can say for certain that they take such amazing care of all of the animals. The pups get tons of playtime, a scheduled nap time and so much love and affection from the handlers. They also offer something called Enrichment Club which is great exercise and mental stimulation for your pup! We signed up for it when we boarded her for a week and she had a blast! PAWparazzi posts on their social media every day so you get the chance to check in on your pup whenever you feel necessary. They also offer personalized text updates if you want a more in depth update on how your dog is doing. All in all, I am so happy that we found them. If you're looking for a clean, well maintained, trustworthy and loving daycare/boarding business, this is the place!

Overall very good pet hotel. Very nice and professional stuffs, environment is great no other hotels can be compared so far. But also knowing better services won’t come in cheap.

This place has a poorly organized bookkeeping system as well as ethics of how to board pets. I had boarded my pets in April (not the first time there) and I needed a service in November of the same year. I was told that I had to get my dogs to have another stress test to have them boarded. Well, I thought that was not necessary since they had been there and had already had a stress test. They made an excuse as to why it was supposed to be done again, not to mention the fees associated with it. Additionally, they had noticed that my card didn't go through when I had boarded them in April and they wanted the money now . So, if I never called they wouldn't have noticed it? It had been 6 months. Why didn't they at least call me within 3 days after the incident? They also didn't have the sign in sheet that they make us sign when we give our dogs in, so that I can verify that I had boarded them that day. That makes me very weary of the way they handle responsibility. They didn't keep good records and they have these weird rules about stress tests for dogs that don't make sense. I just don't trust the way they do business. I have no confidence in this place and I would never take my dogs back there again. My dogs are like my children. If they are so irresponsible with paperwork, how are they with dogs? I question their credibility to take dogs in and care for them. Also, when I boarded my dogs in April and I called to check on them, I rarely got a response. When I picked them up, their measuring spoons for their food were not returned to me . This place only cares about "Nickle and dimming" their customers. They only respond and are nice to you if you pay extra money for emails and for pictures sent to you while the dogs are there along with the menu of other services they have to get money out of you, and even with that the response isn't very immediate either. Additionally, They were rude and they didn't stop hassling me for the money with repeated phone calls and emails, for their own mishandling of the situation. The emails were punitive towards me, when it was their mistake to not even contact me in the first place. They are insincere with how they supposedly love the animals. I try to not use the word "phony" , but that's the way I really feel. They just want to make money and use the animals as an excuse to do business. There are so many places to board pets. The staff at Pawparazzi are wonderful! We took our newly adopted dog in for an evaluation and daycare. We were provided with an update within the first hour, and then a debrief with video at the end of the day. Although this was his first time attending daycare, our pup was relaxed and happy when we picked him up. Truly appreciate the attentiveness paid to the dogs, who are actively monitored to ensure their safety and well being.

Great customer service. VIP room camera allowed me to observe my two dogs while I was away. Quick response to any text message I would send. Will definitely use Pawparazzi again the next time I have to leave town!!!
