“Victor and all the staff at the center is great. I had a flat and called early in the morning. Victor had me come in around 8am. I have a Tesla so the tires are special but that wasn't an issue for the center. I drove out of the center at around noon with both tires fixed and my car aligned. Thanks for everything! “I had an amazing first-time experience here today...from my customer service representative Nicole, to check to see if they had my oil filter in stock until I left after my oil and engine filter change. Nicole offered me a coupon at the end of our conversation and conveniently texted it to me. When I entered the parking lot I was immediately greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. There was not one minute of time where I had to guess what I had to do next. I was guided and kept updated on what they were doing. When the service technician showed me my engine filter it looked as if it was wearing a wig there was so much debris on it. I had that changed in addition to my planned oil change. It was first-class service all the way from corporate customer service to the location itself. I was happy to see a service tech that was a woman! Go girl. This location should be proud of their team! Will return for my next oil change. As someone in marketing, I appreciate and understand the hard work it takes to run a business on this scale. But, they couldn't order the part until Monday because it was Saturday afternoon. They advised me that a parts store had the part I needed. They even let me use a car of theirs to pick up the part and bring it to them to install.Everything was done clean and well! Recommended!”
