Worst customer service ever!!!!I purchased a furniture bundle in 2020 from OkiOki. They have been purchased by Noble House Furnituee. The support leg on the corner of the bed I bought striped. I called to see about getting a replacement, which is available. My warranty is expired, so they can’t send me one. Fine, but can I purchase one? No. We aren’t set up for that. Are you serious??? Tough luck? That is how you run a business? Unbelievable. You might want to read your “Core Values”

Contacted Noble House Home Furnishings after a set of outdoor lounge chairs I purchased had a defect. This happened just outside of the manufacturer’s warranty period however they worked with me and replaced the chairs! I am very impressed with their customer service.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. But here I am giving it one. The supervisor on duty was incredibly rude and the staff was extremely unhelpful. My furniture was missing screws and looked tacky and cheap for the price that I paid. Please avoid at all cost.

Item shipped by Amazon, a greenery swag with battery operated mini lights, you are to press start button once so lights will run for 6 hrs and then turn off, they do not turn off automatically as stated, I'm elderly and have use my ladder to turn on and off, customer service a bust, I' taking it in the shorts again!so sad, not getting help box came with inadeqiwINADEWUATE PAPERWORK TO CONTACT AMAZON SHIPPING AND THE SELLER NO LE HOUSE HOME FIRNISHING JUST PASSED ME OFF, GUESS I'm not important enough shame on you

I purchased a hanging "egg" chair for the patio from them through Lowe's. When I received the chair I received 2 of the same back piece. I thought that maybe they used the same part for both the left and right side, but when I flipped it over the radius of the top and bottom as well as the holes for connecting the pieces didn't match up. I had to make several calls to both Lowe's and Noble House before they finally assured that they would send 2 new back pieces. 2 weeks later 2 MORE OF THE SAME BACK ARRIVED. I then contacted their customer support again, and was informed that they were out of stock of that chair, but they would send me the correct part as soon as they were in stock. I took pictures of the chair and the customer service representative assured me that they would double check before shipping the part out. It took another 2 weeks before it finally shipped, then another week before it arrived. Well lo and behold, I GOT THE EXACT SAME PART! After jumping through hoops, sending pictures, having to wait a month and a half since making my first complaint, they still couldn't get it right. So now I am stuck with a chair with 5 of the same back part. Don't buy anything from this company, because they can't get a simple replacement right, even when you SEND THEM A PICTURE WITH THE EXACT PART YOU ARE MISSING. I have never left a bad review on Google, but this is ridiculous. Learn from my mistake, and never deal with this company.

My customer service experience was above and beyond. After having my patio set for 17mos - In one summer my patio cushions faded so badly and they are not in direct sunlight. I originally had red/orange color and asked if I could replace the covers with a Cream/Beige color - my claim was approved. The constant communication is great - Can't wait to get them!!!

Bad experience!! Ordered a teardrop wicker patio chair through home depot. Arrived without the hardware to put the thing together. Waited more than a week now for them to send it. How is it possible they can't expedite such small hardware that I have to wait forever???

We bought a concrete side table and with time it started cracking, I got in touch with Nobel Furniture and wanted to mention that the customer service was excellent and really efficient. They sent in a new one to replace it with no time. I'm really pleased with them.

Horrible experience with this wholesaler . We bought Outdoor Patio in Amazon and the wood and cushions got Mold and change color. Customer service was beyond excellent. I bought a patio umbrella from Overstock. After a few months a major supporting screw popped out and could not be reinserted. I contacted Customer service and they replaced the umbrella within 7 days. Everyone I spoke with knowledgeable, thoughtful and extremely competent. Gold star service.!!!!

Purchased a set of four "Noble House" dining chairs second-hand. After 6 months one small bracket began to deteriorate on just one leg of one chair. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I checked their website to see how much it would cost to replace the chair. They only sell the chairs in pairs and you have to "register" just to see pricing.Now I'm no man's land with three dining chairs, because one tiny bracket has fallen apart.Ridiculous
