Awesome customer service! I needed to find a single hard-to-find Japanese screw to fix something. Even though it seemed to me that Newco was primarily a wholesaler, I took the chance of showing up at their office/warehouse because my local hardware store didn't have a clue. The patient and nice guys at Newco took 15 minutes out of their time to look for my single screw and they found it! Amazing! The guy said they were in the business to solve problems. Total satisfaction.

I have bought from Newco occasionally. this time I purchased the yellow spiral hose, after another vendor supplied ones that were different and NOT as good. I was a bit hesitant to purchase as slightly more expensive, but I would have been better off purchasing from Neil first at Newco, and not having to to it twice.. the product is made in italy and worked perfectly, and effortlessly. I give 5 stars... he shipped quickly and i am happy to do business again with him!

Needed a really specific oil reservoir hose to restore an old Porsche and this was the only place where I could find it! Shipping was fast too. Would definitely recommend.
