The folks at My Sleep Mattress were extremely helpful and guided me to the type of mattress we wanted. Then more than 1 year later I called them and wanted the exact same mattress for my son and they delivered it within 2 days. I’m so pleased with their service that I’m buying a third mattress for myself. Great staff - not pushing other products you don’t need.

I bought my mattress here about a month ago and I am still happy with my purchase. Yes, I paid more than I would've paid online but after having tried three other mattresses in the last 12 months (a hand-me-down, an IKEA mattress, and a bed-in-box) and getting back pain from all of them, I decided to go all out. Lee at the MyMattress store helped me find the perfect mattress for me. He showed me options that were within my budget and then gave me time to try them out for myself. Finally after some time, I found "it." It wasn't even a top of the line mattress or anything, just a medium firmness hybrid from Scott Living a.k.a. the Property Brothers. I didn't buy it immediately. Instead, I went home to do some research. Unfortunately, this is a newer line and there's not a ton of reviews. It's also more difficult to compare prices because this mattress is not available online or even at all stores. I used other hybrid brands like Helix and Casper for leverage. A few days later I returned to the MySleep store. Lee even lowered the price and offered free home delivery. I had a new mattress in less than two weeks. Overall I am very pleased with the experience, and most importantly, sleeping better now than I had in years.

Very nice and helpful staff. We were able to walk out with a great mattress and foundation in a short amount of time which is exactly what we wanted.

My Sleep Mattress store will not honor the Simmons warranty on the 2 beds I purchased unless I pay them a fee of $45 dollars, and even then they don't guarantee they will fix the mattresses. The salespeople make sure to not include this info when selling you a mattress, deception at its finest. It's official, My Sleep Matress will not fix either of our beds.
Look up Simmons on the BBB, and you will see how many people have lodged complaints on Simmons, but the salesman at My Sleep Matress will never tell you how poorly the Simmons brand is!

We got two mattresses here. Great staff, very patient enough to walk us through all the mattresses. We are satisfied with the mattress, its price and the service- free home delivery as well. My friend who came in for sleep over said that she slept well after a long time and checked for what mattress it was. Overall very happy with the purchase.

I need a new mattress, so I google where the closest one is. This one is literally down the street. YAY, not a hassle. I come in, and I ask for help, and I get help incredibly fast, and find exactly what I am looking for. The prices here are excellent, and the people here are incredibly nice to you. If you ever need a mattress I highly advise you check this place out.

My kids constantly jump on their beds, and they've worn them down. I went into this store looking for two mattresses that would last my kids a very long time, even with all wear and tear they will go through. I was shown some very nice mattresses, with very good reviews. I purchased both mattresses at a more than fair price as well. The mattresses are also holding up very well. The people who work at this store are very friendly, and they will show you many options. They really care about what you want. I recommend checking this mattress store out for all of your needs
