Sent them my Switch thru Nintendo Support for Error Code: 2110-1118 and they fixed it pretty quickly. SD card and JoyCons all returned backer to me as well.

I sent in my joycon to get repaired after it stopped working and I got a notification that it was in service and I waited the next day after and it came all brand new with no problems

Terrible repair service. I sent two sets of Nintendo JoyCon controllers in for repair through the Nintendo support repair website, and both sets were returned to me with the exact same issue. The company just sent the controllers back to me without doing anything to repair them. I have escalated this concern to Nintendo support. Do not send your controllers to this company for repair.

They "repaired" my switch by sending me a recertified switch. The switch they sent was dead on arrival. Had to send it back. Still waiting for the new "recertified" to arrive. I'm very angry that Nintendo uses this company.

Great repair work. Had an issue with my Nintendo Switch OLED speaker and they did a great job. Fixed and sent back within a day, very fast.

The repair center didn’t fix my Switch; they replaced it. They didn’t bother to transfer my save data either, so everything not backed up (my Pokémon save, for instance) was completely gone. The problem I had was not so dire that it required a full system replacement, it was just the right joy con not being detected when attached. Absolutely terrible service. I also attempted to call the repair center several times and they never even answered.Edit: I had to physically go there to sort it out, but they still had my old Switch and they were able to transfer everything over once I finagled them. However, it was ridiculous that they didn’t do this the first time. At least all’s well that ends well.

They are a subcontractor for Nintendo and my switch was sent to them along with 3 games as requested so they could verify the card read error I was having. They returned the Nintendo switch, but kept the three games. The hoops I had to jump through to get my games returned, and I'm still not done, is ridiculous.Doesn't matter if you show email and photo proof of what you sent them, they magically never took it into inventory. Absolute crooks.

Great and quick repair service. I sent in my joy cons for repair just 3 days ago, and they are now back in my possession as good as new
