This was, is, one of Absolutely Worst McDonald's I have ever patronage. The signs on all the doors stated that the indoor dining area opens at 6am. There were employees who were sitting at a tables, inside having their own breakfast ? while at least 7 people watched and waiting for the inside dining area to open. One employee even had the audacity to wave her fingers in a "no" manner, at us as if indicating "not open" the time was 6:10am!It wasn't until 15 additional minutes at 6:25am, did someone open finally open the doors.Mind you, the employees are already at work ?. Those waiting outside, in the cold, were most likely, as myself; trying to get to work!Needless to say, the staff was not friendly, no one offered an apology for opening late, not nice by any fashion of common curiosity or customer service!

This message is for Marro or McMarro as it is posted everywhere that it owned and locally operated. Must be one of the biggest in McDonald’s To be posted on all your McDonald’s. My Order is 525 and i was there on Friday Mar 29 if by any chance you look in your cameras you’ll see me I’ll post the receipt so you can have all the details. I am an exMcDonald’s worker/veteran of McD’s. Circa 1991-95 If memory serves me right. I write reviews and dont do it for free food. So please spare me the set “sorry” and here’s a burger on us. I?like to do this as a hobby and McD’s guidelines is so engraved in me. I can’t forget them even if I wanted to. Both places that i have been through are nice. The other place had some work being done. And it ran through lobby. A review on that will be soon. AS I walked in this location. There were people in the lobby. Not overly busy, but a good amount. It looked like they were waiting for their orders. As I ordered I noticed you dont have the Double Filet-o-fish on the computer menu. Luckily one of the employees was helping a customer on the computer next to me. I asked her about the filet thing and she said just order it and pay for it and go up to the register and tell them you want a double on the FoF. One thing she did not mention was dont pay and pay at the register and tell the person you want a double on the FoF. Something told me to do that because I am sure I need to get charged for it. So before I payed I needed to use the bathroom. I asked the employee with a brown shirt to buzz me in to use the bathroom. As I walked into the bathroom there was coffee spilled on the floor. Here is an opportunity to claim a slip and fall. When I came out of the bathroom, I looked for yellow sign to put over the spill. Now I could have said It’s not my job and possibly you would had a headache. I told the guy with the brown shirt of the mess on the floor. Not much gratitude. Just a nod and “ok”. The lobby needed The plastic placards of the tables, you know the numbers that indicate where your sitting. So thinking there going to bring the food to our table We waited a good minute and they called us. As some how they thought it was to go. Receipts for employees need to be printed whether food is to be enjoyed at your establishment or eaten at home. Meanwhile the coffee that was on the floor was still not removed. As if the sign gave em extra time or something. You know back in the 90’s we took so much pride in our store and the crazy thing about that was, we only made 4.25 an hour. How things have changed. The guy with the brown shirt would have been sent home for not having proper uniform. Shirt was not tucked in just dressed as if his shift was over. I know working McD’s is not exclusive, but we carried ourselves better than that. Just my two cents and experience. But how times have changed. The oil on the FoF needed to be changed the filet was looking a little brown. This is what i saw as customer I dont have a way to tell you privately. Either wise I would. Here your chance to fix it McMarro and stand to McDonald’s standards. I’ll be visiting again in a month or so. Overall cleanliness was great. I Iike how you get into the holidays.

Steph does not paying attention. No one was ready to take my order at speaker so I pulled up to the first window and where I found a young lady on her phone and on top of that she was giving me attitude. I was being courteous and polite despite the inconvenience. I go to the second window where my order took forever and I asked a man for ranch. He looks at me like if he was being bothered. Absolutely terrible customer service and I'm truly disappointed at the staff behavior. I relayed my concern to the manager about my drive-thru experience and he seemed really and bothered and unsurprised like if they get grievances quite often

AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY, IT DID NOT TAKE LONG, IT WAS A BIG ORDER AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO SPEAK SPANISH THAT'S WHY 5 STARS FOR THE GOOD SERVICE AND THEIR VERY DESIRABLE FAST FOOD.

If I could give negative points I would. I'll never go back to this McDonald's the staff was rude the food was cold the coffee was disgusting and half water...I was so disappointed that i had to walk up to the drive thru to just get a drink that was digestible...waste of time, money, and energy i didn't have...management tried to do something I guess ...but it was way beyond repair especially when I gave them a chance to make it right ...and he believed his staff gave me something I could drink...not one of the employees (since it took two whole women just to mess up one cup) including the manager would want to drink what they gave me...it's fine by me...it was my first and definitely the last time ill buy anything from this location...ill let corporate know, because clearly theres no responsible, much less professional manager to really say anything to...they might just hand you cold half watered down coffee....and cold fries
