I am utterly disappointed with this company's deceptive practices. Initially, they entice you with the promise of a "free sample" of their blades, only to flood you with more than what could reasonably be considered a sample. To add insult to injury, they promptly send an invoice, completely contradicting the notion of a complimentary offering. Which the salesman assured was completely free. Such underhanded tactics demonstrate a complete disregard for transparency and fairness.It is disheartening to witness a company stoop to such extremes just to secure a sale. I firmly believe that any business resorting to these questionable methods does not deserve my patronage or that of my company. I refuse to pay the invoice and am prepared to take legal action if necessary. It is disconcerting to realize that these tactics are not only unethical but may also be illegal in several states.I am determined to bring these unsavory practices to light, even if it means appearing before a judge. It is my hope that exposing the company's misconduct will serve as a warning to others who may fall victim to their misleading promises.

The salesperson called out of the blue and offered me free blades, no strings attached, just try them and we'll earn your business in the future, because they are of such high quality. The blades came 7-10 days later and then a bill was sent for $380.36 a few weeks later. Watch out for this scam.

I previously said these guys have a bad rap. But yeah a ll the other comments are right. They call quite often and use restricted numbers and different numbers to try to get you to buy stuff.I love the flap wheels they sell but but after I was lied to (said I had to buy 100 cut off wheels so they didn't have to cut open a box, as i wanted only 50... then I get the cut off wheels in 2 boxes of 50....) I don't wanna support this annoying companyI also get 10s of random voice mails of mumbling and random stuff a month.Maybe I'm wrong and stuff is just different on the west coast.

This company send us their products by mail without our consent!!! The lady call me i say to her $240 was too expensive for blades I do not use that much bladeShe said she’s going to have the sales person called me nobody called me I just get a ups Notice the blade is on the way , You cannot force your product on somebody I’m in business for 27 years never done that and never will I do that If I get this blade I’m gonna return them I’m not even going to open it

Rudest and pushiest telemarking I’ve ever dealt with. Told numerous times I don’t want to buy their product and hung up phone only to be called right back and insulted. How this company is still in business baffles me.

I have no interest with this company, The initial sales call ended in with the sales person hanging up on me after disputing a claim about the quality of the blades we use. Very unprofessional, Good luck shoving the product in peoples face. He kept pushing for an address to set up an open account. Morse Blades are comparable and they are not rude on the phone.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET. MITCH CALLS OVER AND OVER AFTER BEING ASKED NOT TO CALL ANYMORE. HE BLOCKS THEIR NUMBER FROM SHOWING UP RIGHT AFTER CALLING FROM THEIR NUMBER AND WILL THEN DISGUISE HIS VOICE LIKE NO ONE KNOWS IT'S HIM. A LEGIT BUSINESS DOESN'T HAVE TO USE THESE TACTICS TO MAKE A SALE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

"Mitch" called from an anonymous number and wanted to send us their overpriced blades. Legitimate companies do not need to block their phone number. This company needs to invest in sales training. These pushy antics will only drive people away

This company send us their products by mail without our consent!!! I called their billing department several times asked them to pick it up or at least print me a return label but they did nothing expect sending me bills.

I have been buying sawsall blade's for my 2 businesses for over 15 year's. Best blades on the market.I have referred several plumbing and construction businesses to them as well and they, like me love the blades and other products.Great service customer service and top notch quality product's.I personally highly recommend this company!

STAY FAR AWAY AND JUST HANG UP THE PHONE THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE AND HAVE NO PROBLEM TELLING YOU THAT YOU ARE "THE RUDE ONE" AND THAT "YOU ARE EXTREMELY EVASIVE AND UNHELPFUL" WHEN THEY DO NOT RECEIVE THE ANSWER THEY WANT AND THEN WILL HANG UP ON YOU AND CALL BACK A MINUTE LATER PRETENDING TO BE SOMEONE ELSE AND THEN HANG UP ON YOU AGAIN WHEN YOU KNOW IT IS THEM. IF I COULD BLOCK THEIR NUMBER ON OUR PHONES I WOULD IN A HEARTBEAT!!!
