Great and Friendly service, reccomended by a friend when they fixed Volvos, now they include JP Cars as well! Very detailed with what was wrong with my hybrid and fixed in in no time at all. Will be servicing my cars and reccomend to my friends and family.

Colleen and staff were all very helpful when I lost my credit card under console. I had my oil changed and at the same time they retrieved my credit card. They have taken good care of my car. Professional and honest.

Came in with my 2006 Volvo XC90, an on and off again “no oil pressure” warning and an occasional check engine light after getting oil changed two weeks before. Although we didn’t end up going through with repairs, the team there was very kind, honest about the problems with my Volvo, and not pushy of any recommendations. They were quick with the diagnostic test and supplied results within a few hours of dropping my car off. Really appreciated the customer service I received as I usually am not the one to bring my car in for problems, but Mark’s Independent Service made being away from home and dealing with my Volvo easy and comfortable.

I had a service done on my 2012 Lexus ES350 at Mark's a few days ago. Since they had to get some parts I left the car with them and they picked me up from home (2 miles away) when the car was ready. They are knowledgeable professional and thorough. The place is clean and organized and Ruben and his team are keeping up on automotive technology.
