Everyone there was kind and knowledgeable on all my questions and concerns. Was worried about all the bad things you hear on “added fees” but the rep who was helping me explained everything in detail! Will come back to this store”

“Had the pleasure to be helped by Hugo today at the AT&T on Kanan Rd. in Agoura Hills. Hugo went above and beyond to provide the best customer care experience for me and my family. We went in for trade ins and data transfers and Hugo was extremely knowledgeable about everything and offered the best customer support.While waiting I witnessed him interact with an angry customer and Hugo handled himself outstandingly, he kept his cool and diffused the situation, made calls to support that angry lady and did his best to accommodate her absurd demands. I was impressed by his kindness and patience.I would 100% recommend this store!”

“The best experience I have ever had with a Tmobile store was at this location. I came in to cancel my service because it was just becoming to expensive for me. I was helped out by Albert and he was able to help me not only lower my bill but I also found out I eligible for a new phone and would get a huge discount if I traded in my old one! So I ended up with a cheaper monthly payment on my phone plan and a brand new phone! The entire experience was easy and he explained everything about the new plan and all the changes we made and what the new payment I should expect to see each month was. He was absolutely phenomenal at his job and made a simple transaction into a memorable experience. If you need to shop in store this is the place to go!”

The whole team was very friendly and helpful with finding the right plan and scheduling the installation. After the installation, Andrew with the networking department has been very helpful with further improving speeds and explaining future network projects. “MARCUS SAVED MY MONTH!!! I have been to 5 other verizon stores including the corporate store in moorpark and literally not a single person cared about helping me except this dude. He sat with me from 10am-3pm figuring out what the issue was, calling multiple corporate/customer service lines, and doing everything he could to make sure I was happy. He said he had just started that month and clearly had not gotten a ton of training (not his fault, def management) and he problem solved and trouble shouted with me until it was all set and I had my new phone and watch. Even the manager in the store was a little dismissive and was more preoccupied with taking more customers, but marcus stayed with me and didn’t make me feel rushed or inconvenient. I nearly broke down in a verizon store before this last shot but thankful I didn’t. GIVE MARCUS A RAISE”

“I see some pretty bad reviews but I had them for 7 yrs without issue. My box went out once and an AT&T rep was right out to fix it. My bill would only go up a few dollars compared to the big boys who love the promotional game. Finally switched to go with Tmobile for $20 less a month. I have 4 teens too so we stream a lot. Only around 5pm would there be some lag but not too bad.”

His after sales service was exceptional as well. He made the process of transferring my files seamless. I know this is easy for most people but I am not that confident in doing it myself.
