Greetings, I had ordered from this company for several years. The last experience in ordering was the worse. I do not care if an excuse relating to covid-19 constitutes for being part of their dereliction of their duties and responsibilities. As a company you take proper precautions towards your employees but do not forget the public you serve even if you are servicing them from home. You had no problem taking order and my money. As of this day not one representative has reached out to me regarding my last order which was on June 13th, 2020. I have tried calling but there was no number to call on their website at that time only through the email of my order. I e m.j failed them on twice on June 17 and once on June 23. No response to date. One cartridges came half full and printer kept giving me error message of low ink which was why I reached out to customer service. With no results and being angered by the situation I decided to scrap entire printer an get another. My printer of choice was HP Envy 6500 plus and I'm using NEEDINK.COM they guarentee ink.

Sold me fake ink cartridges. They claimed them to be OEM. Not only were they counterfeit, they didn't even work as refills. I verified with the manufacturer and indeed they are fake. Mindaugas Konstantinavicius was no help after he had my money. I suggest looking on other places online to find ink. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased some generic #786 ink cartridges for my Epson WF-4630. The shipment arrived in a few days and well packed (2 stars). But, after installing, the printer kept asking me to "replace cartridge" even though these were new cartridges, just received and right out of the plastic sealed wrapper. I went back to the almost empty Epson cartridges and will order Epson cartridges from here on out.The company read the above review within 24 hours and responded with a contact phone number to return the cartridges. The wonderful service woman took the time for me to test the cartridges individually and we determined that only one of the cartridges was failing and she said a replacement would be in the mail to me that day.I received the replacement cartridge three days later. Thanks to InkPlusToner once again.

I purchase ink from inkplustoner for my Canon printer after it was installed my printer came up with error code B504. Upon talking to the Canon tech he mentioned the ink cartridge was faulty and ruined my printer. I contacted inkplustoner to see if they were willing to make things right. Originally they said "Would you like replacements or a refund for this transaction?" when I pressed them to see if they would pay the $149 for the new printer they said "Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund because your transaction is over 180 days old. We do not have an option to issue a refund for transactions this old." The ink was less than a year old and still sealed in the original packaging, so buyer beware of doing business with companies that are unwilling to back up their products, and make things right for their patrons.Again we apologize for any inconvenience and/or confusion, but we will not be able to help you. Your transaction is simply too old.

I bought 7 ink cartridges for my Lexmark. All have failed within a few days of use. Was told to send back the "unused" cartridges for a refund. Not worth the effort or postage, so just kept opening a new one until all seven failed.
