I could not be more thrilled with the quality of the mattress I received!! I had a custom order and the rep, Jessica, helped me with the entire order..right to confirming my delivery. I also ordered the custom mattress cover. The quality is exceptional!! I will definitely be ordering my next RV mattress from FoamRush!!

Foamrush is poorly named. I have been using this company for a few years, because while their products are well made and reasonably priced their delivery model is horrible. My first few experiences with them sold me on their quality. However the delivery times exceeded that of products ordered from China. My most recent order early in March 2024 is the worst yet. I have "Informed Delivery," from USPS to track shipments. This particular order (1 Item), had its label created on Monday, March 18. However, USPS did not receive the actual product for another week Monday, March 25. It then took the rest of the week to get from California, the point of origin to Illinois, arriving on Friday, March 29 less than 30 miles from where it was being delivered. Now it has shipped again, and is now 8 miles away. Since Bedford Park is a transship location, it must now be delivered to a local post office, 3 miles away, and then delivered sometime next week (if it doesn't get lost). Unfortunately, for me I cannot reliably tell a customer when I can deliver the product I am using this for with any accuracy. A superior product is worth waiting for, but the inability to deliver it in a timely or quicker manner causes me to buy products of lesser quality from Chinese manufacturers or Amazon, who can give an accurate date of delivery in days, not weeks.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a 10ft roll of 1” foam, it was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. A month later after many unanswered emails,I was finally able to get ahold of someone over the phone. She said they had ran out of 1” foam and never sent my order after they restocked. She apologized and and got my order in. I got my order in late and it was totally wrong. As you can see in the pictures they glued together two pieces that were TOTALLY DIFFERENT SIZES. I emailed the woman I had spoke to on the phone and she answered asking for pictures so I sent her one. After that 10 days no reply. So I called and the same woman answered. She told me it looked fine that it was only 1/4” off and I should’ve EXPECTED THAT. 0/5 stars this is pitiful

We ordered a special foamMattress for our camper. The process of ordering was easy and thorough. We received a great mattress with the organic cotton cover. It fit perfect and was very comfortable. Much less expensive than other sites. We’re very happy with the service and product we received.

Business does not accept check unless it clears prior to acceptance of merchandise and charges fee for credit card or debit cardSounds like tax evasion to me !

Great store for making custom cushions for vintage furniture. I drew a pattern of my mid century modern spun fiberglass chaise lounge chairs and they constructed the cushions from scratch. A terrific service for restoring vintage outdoor furniture.

On November 14th I Purchased a Five Inch thick section of high density foam online for $43.20 that was supposed to be 24" by 24" to fix a seat. I thought the price was pretty high but I didn't have time to keep shopping around online for a better price.On DECEMBER 14TH, I received an 18" ROUND piece of foam that is 3/4" thick.

I ordered 3 cushions. They came vacuum sealed as expected. I let them air out for 10 days to get back to their original shape. They never did. They are bowed and inconsistent. One is is 4 inches and one end is 5.5. The batting is barely over the edge on on side of the cushion and so much over the other edge they had to staple it together.I asked for replacements and they wanted me to pay for them to ship back. Now that they are full cushions, the cost to ship back would be more than it would cost to take them somewhere and have them fixed.Then I was asked to use a steamer on them over and over to get them back to their correct shape. If that didn't work they said, they would send me new cushions free of charge at their expense. When that didn't work and I emailed to ask for the replacement, they said to send them back at my own expense.The Customer Service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. They will give you the run around and never intend to actually solve the problem. Buyer beware.
