We took the time to get quoted by all the big companies for the sake of being thorough. They all did an okay job, but then we spoke to Peter. He ran circles around everyone. No one went into detail like he did. Peter had documents tailored to our exact scenario down to the dollar. No one came close and it was a no brainier to go with Peter and Alanna. We did not regret it one bit. They flowed through as if they were buying the house with us. The people renting the house we purchased delayed the process by a couple weeks because of covid, but Peter and Alanna took care of everything. We never paid more than we were originally quoted. Peter's documents were unbelievably accurate. Don't think we'd ever go with anyone else. We love our home and they made it happen. Thank you Peter and Alanna!

This is long overdue. Daniel is just THE BEST! During such stressful times like purchasing a home, Daniel takes the time to explain everything which helps ease the process. I worked with Peter on not only my initial mortgage, but on my refinancing, too. Throughout both processes, he was always attentive and extremely helpful. Whenever I had a question or concern, he was always ready to jump on the phone. Being a homeowner for only half a year, I'm not well-versed in all this. Despite that, Peter was patient every step along the way. Really grateful we found First American.
