Fed Ex is the worst shipping delivery service in the world! They loose packages and they rerouted my packages without contacting me first.the boxes are always damaged and items are missing or damaged.

It was ok. I had been there before and the workers there are never really helpful. I asked for help they couldn't help me.... nothing had changed. I ended up figuring out a solution by myself. I like the FedEx on Sepulveda near Burbank.....across the street from Target. They are always so helpful.

The call center is extremely frustrating and will never use fedex because of aggravation I had to ender to speak with a representative!!
