Ellen. Ellen. Ellen! During CV-19 Ellen arrived ten minutes early to witness and certify our signatures for closing documents. She was completely and a tiny bit overly prepared for our outdoor meeting; meeting the social distancing requirements. Ellen brings at least two backup copies of each signature page - which we indeed needed. There were about 30 signatures required - so you can imagine the pile of documents she had meticulously prepared and collated BEFORE arrival. She methodically marched my wife and me through each section of the various documents and allowed us such time necessary to read and understand what we were signing. This didn't take too long because we have been through all of this several times in our lives. Witty, super organized, focused and thorough - I highly recommend Ellen as an extraordinary Mobile Notary.
