The absolute BEST service! I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommended. Mark is just pure kindness and such a pleasure to do business with. It's refreshing. Above and beyond to help you in and out. Repair work was shiny and bright. Mark and his team repaired the work way beyond my expectations. I enjoy walking to my car now!

Eckhart Auto Body is certified through my insurance company, which they said would make the process of getting my car repaired quick and easy, and that’s exactly how my experience was. Not only did this body shop do incredible work repairing/paint matching on my new car, they got it done in no time. Regardless of insurance, I’ve found the body shop I’ll be using going forward. Highly recommend!

I had an accident, when I was hit from behind. The insurance company referred me to Eckhart for auto body work. The team was great and very understanding. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are very good at explaining the process in detail.

My car was hit in a parking lot, and Eckhart was awesome about explaining the repair process to me. I'm young so I didn't really know how the insurance process worked, and yet everyone at Eckhart was more than happy to explain and communicate with the insurance company. They provide you with timely updates and are overall super friendly! Took only about a week for my car to be repaired and it looks great. I would definitely come back!

After getting rear ended on the 101 freeway I was in a need of good body shop. My insurance company, Progressive, had only one approved option in my area, and it was Eckhart Auto Body Shop. Not knowing of a better alternative I made an appointment and brought in my car. It was there that I met the nice and competent office manager Diana as well as the amicable and genuine owner Mark. Although my insurance was covering the rear end damage to my vehicle, I had a previously existing scratch on the side of my car. I asked Eckhart Auto Body for a separate quote to fix the scratch while they were working on the rest of my vehicle. They gave me a reasonable estimate, and so I gave them the thumbs up to do the work. Throughout the process Mark called me regularly to give me status updates. When I went to pick up my car I was amazed that Eckhart Auto Body had almost magically restored the exterior of my vehicle to its original state. If I need body work done again in the future I will not hesitate to take my car back here.

The rear end of my 2014 Kia Soul got smashed, and Eckhart did an amazing job with my vehicle. It looked as good as the day I drove it off the lot 8 years ago, if not better!They communicated the timeline and set expectations so I knew when I would have my car back. They delivered as they said they would.

I'm restoring my 1994 Land Rover Defender 90 that sat outside for 17 years and was in awful condition. I took the car to Eckhart based on the recommendation of the nearby Rover mechanic. The work Eckhart Auto Body did to make the car look new was nothing short of amazing. Elmer pretty much took the job as a personal mission. He insured that everything that could be disassembled and separately painted was. I did not expect such thorough work would be done, and the price was very fair. This vehicle is not a daily driver, and there was no insurance company pressure to get the job quickly finished, so it did take a very long time to complete. The wait was absolutely worth it!Service: Body & Trim

I have used Eckhart Auto Body in the past, & I have always been happy with them. Last month, when my fairly new car was rear ended and pushed into the car in front, Eckhart fixed all the damage, replacing the trunk, which another body shop, first recommended by my insurance, only wanted to repair using 'bondo'.
