  I recently purchased a DJI Mavic 3T from DSLRPros and had the fortune to work with Derek Wheeler, Solutions Consultant. The drone exceeds my expectations and needed. Derek went above and beyond helping me in the field with trouble shooting something in real-time with the geo-fence. It's rare to get this level of customer care and support in this day and age. I have already referred to friends to him and will be expanding our services this year and will be back with Derek for our future purchases!

  Purchased a drone from DSLRpros on behalf of my employer. We went with the DJI Matrice 350 RTK and the Zenmuse H20N and will be used for inspections.From the start the staff was helpful. They sent out an instructor for the start-up and noticed something was wrong with the equipment and sent in a report.I boxed up the unit, and off it went to DJI.If you're looking for an attentive and helpful company that will make sure your experience is nothing short of perfect, I suggest giving the crew at DSLRPros a shot.

  We made a large purchase from DSLR . Do to the upgrades on our new UAV’s we needed some help due to the complexity of our new units . From the owner to all the staff have been so supportive to us . Sahil is a great asset to DSLR , he has gone over and above to bring us up to speed on our new purchase . Sahil is so knowledgeable on every level of these drones . Sahil’s skill is not just DJI but everything including Teleadyne . What’s nice for us is he’s only a phone call away.   While searching for the internet for a DJI Mavic 3T, DSLRPros was one of the many recommended vendors. While DSLRPros actually had the drone in stock with the accessories that I needed, it was my sales consultant, James, who really made DSLRPros stand out from the others.James was able to answer all of my questions and point me in the right direction while considering my needs and expectations for a thermal drone. I was considering a more expensive model, but after reviewing the specifications and talking through it with James, I was confident that I could go with the less expensive model, and it would serve me well.James and I corresponded several times via email and phone, which kept the flow of information timely and showed me that he was really engaged in the process. Not once did I feel that he was pushing me to make a purchase. It felt more like a partnership, and he was just as invested in making the right purchase for me.I highly recommend DSLRPros, and I am confident that you will receive the same excellent customer service that I received.

  I am a sub dealer under EAUS aka DSLRPROS for a few years now. I’ve had the same rep for most of them. I recently had to get a rep change which I hate change because it’s always awful and it takes FOREVER to get the new person aclimated to you and your needs. Never once in my life have I ever been more dead wrong about something before.I was given a new rep named Sahill. He has come into the role of my dealer stronger than anyone has ever. This guy was literally running a fever, coughing sick on the phone and some issue arose, he gets up out of bed without me knowing or even asking, drives into the warehouse personally and for the entire day literally is run ragged with thing after thing, after order and hey can you do this shipped right now? And how about this? Never once did that man not answer a call or text. Nor tell me maybe or no. I am so incredibly pleased with the level of drive and customer service from someone I have completely switched 100% of my sales over to EUAS from buying from them and exertis.You better really worry as a company if this man leaves because I’ll follow him to his next place religously.

  It has been a pleasure dealing with DSLRPros, Sahil in general. Sahil has been a big help with all the features on our DJI M30T drone. Most of all, we had trouble with shipping and Sahil made some phone calls and the drone was in our hands in just a few days. We cannot say enough about Sahil and DSLRPros for their timely response, knowledge of the drone and answering our questions pretty quickly. Thanks to everyone at DSLRPros.

He took the time to walk us through the steps and allowed ample time to ask questions. We were very satisfied with his training. He is continuing to help us get our drone program started.
