Take a look at how many reviewers have only 1-2 reviews. I stopped by here after inquiring about an install and wasn’t greeted or addressed. I waited around and left after being ignored. Not in the best area either, there are many transients loitering around the business.
Edit: Now they are saying they said hello and told me to wait, that isn’t true. No one said anything to me. Focus on improving your customer service instead of lying.

Mike and the team at Diamond Auto Salon did an amazing job on my car. I had the entire car covered in clear ppf and the windows tinted. Unlike jobs I’ve seen from other places, you can’t see any seams or edges.
The price was right and the service impeccable. I couldn’t be happier and glad I came here.

I couldn’t be happier with the tint that they installed on my Model Y, it’s absolutely seamless. It was important to me that I had it professionally done so that I could avoid bubbling and cracking. I was recommended by a friend and he was right.

I got front end PPF with Diamond Auto Salon, and the service has been outstanding. Not only they did a fantastic, and fast job with my Tesla Model Y but Michael was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. They were able to work with my schedule and kept the entire process super easy. A pleasure doing business with them.

Went in without calling first and Noah did his best to squeeze me in to their extremely busy schedule. Awesome guys and do great quality work. Highly recommend! Make sure to call ahead though

To say that Diamond Auto Salon LA did an awesome job on my Tesla Model Y is an understatement. Not only did they take care of me, they provided a full 360 on literally everything; from the best customer service and responsiveness, to the much needed excruciating detail that is required for the art of PPF. Michael and Noah are the experts - period. They are the best in this space and trust me in that I have inquired other places to much disappointment. Their quality is bar none and the consistent 5 stars feedbacks speak the volume and vote of confidence! Just call Xpel and they will say the same: they have one of the highest volumes and this speaks for itself. Clients have spoken, just pure objective data. I will be going back to Diamond Auto Salon LA and have made many recommendations to family and colleagues. Kudos to them!

Browsed around for other options a little including those referred by friends but ended up choosing Diamond Auto Salon. Although it is the most expensive of all, I chose quality over price mostly because of the nation-wide lifetime warranty and the amazing service the team gave me. Auri and Noah patiently walked me through my options. Clearly, they possess extensive product knowledge and unparalleled professionalism. With their expert advice, I made my choices and am happy with the results on my Model Y! No pressurized buying, no unwanted upselling, just clear explanations on the different auto-tinting options. I chose limo tint on all sides and roof and tinted my head & tail lights too. Thanks, guyz!

I called Diamond Auto not knowing what I wanted to do with my car yet besides tint. Talked to Michael who was very nice and informative. He didn't pressure me to get anything, just gave me all the information I requested. I eventually decided on the ppf and ceramic tint and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. He gave me his number and always replies promptly. Even when our conversation went past shop closing hours, he would make sure that all my questions were answered. Took my car in and met Noah who was also very friendly. He let me look at his personal car as well as other cars so I could decide how dark I wanted the tint. When my car was done it looked amazing! Even after the work was done and paid for, Michael still answered any questions I had regarding my car and maintenance of the ppf. The best customer service I have experienced with any shop and their work is very clean. I would highly recommend this place and plan to take all my future cars here!

I am very impressed by the quality this place provided. Everything from booking an appointment to having the car serviced was extremely quick, easy, and professionally done. The finish was amazing, I didn't see a single air bubble around the entire car. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking to have your car tinted.

these guys are really great on what they do, inquired and Michael reponded right away, suggested what's best for my ride and explained it forthrightand even though my ride was not that too much of a luxury, they treated him and me the same way like most of their other projects and clientskudos to all of you guys, keep it up and more projects to come
